This was a great experience for us. Allowed us to pack at our pace, unpack at our pace, choose our dates. our items arrived in perfect condition and every delivery person we had was excellent.Don't want to move again, but if we did this is definitely how we would do it.

Pods did a great job of delivering our containers. When it was time to move they need a week’s notice so they can schedule you. I would do it again.

If you have any other options, do not use this company! They are unprofessional, lie about fees, and don't do anything they say they will. They were supposed to call the day before delivery to schedule, they called the morning of and said they'd be there in 30 minutes. I asked if they could come in the afternoon as I had to take my mom to an urgent Dr appt. Nope, it's already on the truck. So I explain where I needed the unit. They parked it right on the curb, completely blocking the view when trying to pull out of my drive. I spent an hour on the phone with the sales person, who went into great detail about the size of the area we would need for the unit, so there is no reason they parked it where they did other than scamming an additional fee. There is a good 12 feet of empty space directly behind it they could have backed into. When I called to ask if it could be moved, sure- for a fee! I said I would not pay for their mistake, so they said they would waive the fee. Very next morning, my account is hit with a $79 charge! Oh, and get your own lock. The one they provided, new in the package, broke on the first use.

Would take a while to explain rating. Therefore I will make it simple. Horrible experience trying to deal with PODS telephonically, guaranteed pickup but didn't happen, dealt with resolution center but no resolution. Outsourced operators that were clueless on how to assist. Did have local PODS manager that was immensely helpful. I would not recommend PODS to anyone, period!

The container had holes in it. MY ITEMS WERE DAMAGED. They did not drop off or Pick up at the scheduled time. THEY DAMAGED MY driveway and yard while removing the pod. Got stuck so badly they had to call to get pulled out. BILLED me incorrectly after they did not PICK up on time

Driver was friendly and courteous. Placed the unit exactly as i asked. Nice clean storage and i will use PODS again.

They don't pick up and deliver to final address automatically. You have to call and tell them. This is not made clear up front resulting in confusion and much wasted time getting delivery. PODS was not responsive when I complained.

My PODS experience totally zucks. From the start, delivery of the container did not arrive on the scheduled date, it was a day late requiring 2 days off work.Pick was delayed a full week, online blocked out all 7 days after my requested pick-up date.Then my container was to go to Tennessee from florida, it was to go back to the storage facility in PSL FL. and then to Gray Tennessee per my contract. It went as far as Melbourne Fl. 2hrs north of PSL and stayed there for over 2 weeks. PODS online info clearly states 7-9 days to its destination. After pick-up from my home, my online PODS Dashboard clearly stated, "Container is in transit to Gray Tn." Indicating no further action required.20 days later when the container did not arrive in Tn. I inquired where my container was, "Melbourne Fl." Was their response. 10 days later it arrived in Tn. A full month of PODS BS due to transition to new procedures put in place by the new CEO who implemented new procedures the week I signed up.I was charged $389 bucks for the extra month they dropped the ball on, they admitted their mistake by offering me $100 bucks for delivering my POD a day late from the beginning.Note: The two guys in the Gray Tennessee storage facility were frk'n AWESOME, Jay and Michael at the Gray Tennessee storage facility were AWESOME and deserve massive raises for tamping out the fires corporate nonsense produces, especially during the week I ran into with the policies put in place by the new CEO desk jockey who screwed up my account order.

The POD's are convenient however, they charge each time they move the container. It should be one price to drop off and pick up. The monthly charge for the storage is excessive as well. The customer service and drivers were great to deal with.

The delivery of our Pod was fine. We had it about 2 months while we were in limbo of our closing date. We were told by 2 different Pod employees to call them 1-2 days before we were ready to have the Pod picked up. When we got our closing date, we called 2 days before we needed the Pod picked up but were told "our next available pickup date is 8 days". We were due to be out of our home in 3 days! I explained what I was told twice and I was just told "I'm sorry someone told you incorrectly". We ended up at our new house with almost nothing for 16 days until the Pod came (8 days to pickup and 7 days to delivery). Delivery was fine and was actually a day early.

I have had to call in 4 times on the same issue with being billed for something that was never utilized. The customer service experience is stalled at every turn by, “It is another department.”
