The store has some useful items, especially to artists. I found something online that the website said my location had 5 of in stock. I went straight there to get two and could not find them. I spoke with the associate and she said the website isn't accurate. So there's apparently some kind of disconnect there that needs to be fixed. Other than that I usually enjoy browsing their art supplies.

Just visited for first time. It’s like a Dollar Tree but worse. Staff was rude when I paid cash because she had to help me. First and last visit. Certainly not a party store. T

Dollar General knock-off variety store. No one spoke to me and I had to check myself out. Went in for craft supplies. Nothing special.

This store was so nice. It was clean and well organized. I was struck by how well maintained this store was. The manager was working this day. She was very pleasant and friendly to all the customers. She is an asset to this company.

Last Saturday visited the Johnson City store, spoke with the manager regarding a balloon order for an upcoming surprise birthday party. She told us no problem come back the day before. The day before we came back and the same manager told us no way to have order ready before 1pm the next day. We explained that she had told us to come back today and I quote she said “I said the day before.” We said, “it is the day before.” She said, “well I meant to call early this morning not stop by halfway through the day”. Maybe she should have taken our order the week before…there’s a thought for customer service.??♀️??♀️.We ended up going to the Bristol location and the young lady there was extremely helpful, professional and polite. And I might add had our balloons ready by 11am the next day.
