I requested a room not facing the busy street. Was told there wasn’t anything else even though the parking lot was nearly empty. When I voiced my disappointment was told Ma’am this isn’t a 5 star hotel. You get what you pay for. Live and learn and read all reviews.

Smooth check in and Front desk hospitality was great , breakfast is really nice . I will definitely come back.
