BEWARE of them charging you twice. The register is “slow” so while it already processed your payment they cancel it and have you process it again!! Thankfully we didn’t absolutely need the money but we were charged $140 twice and the second one has been held pending for 4 days. I know more times than not people can’t afford something like this to happen so be careful! This is the second time this has happened. Called and spoke to a manager by the name of Claudia and she completely dismissed this and said “We did not double charge you” but I paid for it once and ALSO have a pending charge being held for days for the same amount x2. God forbid I had needed this money for a bill! Shame on her for being a manager and not being able to take accountability or to try and help me.

This is a great store for last season’s look at the cheapest prices (except their shoes). Did you know that the fashion industry has 52 seasons a year? That’s one a week! Who could ever keep up with that?! The best place to go for economic fashion is Ross, especially if you are looking for a formal dress.

The manager with the dark hair and glasses needs to be replaced... She stood on the phone on front while the young lady struggled with 10+ in line... And instead of helping she continued her phone conversation while customers walked out because of the line. I'm myself also put my stuff down and walked out of the store and went to another store after I had already been in there shopping for at least a hour and a half.

Decent store but why did you close the fitting rooms in back and now have only 2 rooms available in the whole store? People were waiting for a very long time to get a fitting room and some people even put their clothes back and left without. Ridiculous!

Bought several mugs as well as a plant pot and a metal grill press. The associate just threw everything in one bag without caring whether anything broke.
We initially thought things rattled because maybe she put one of the mugs in a plant pot, but when we got to the car we saw that all the mugs had NOTHING wrapped around them plus the heave metal thing in the same bag.
We then basically took everything out of the bag and wrapped it in some shirts I had.
Luckily we didn’t find anything broken but this is the most awful experience I’ve had at Ross and I even almost fell here once because of spilled coffee on the floor a year ago.
Very disappointed. It seems like we now need to ask to double bag heavy things, but I thought at least somewhat wrapping glass and breakables and not putting heavy metal with them would be common sense.

Great store. I really like the layout. Everything was so easy to find. The employees ate very helpful and do a good job keeping things organized and clean.
