Very convenient store and open 24/7.. very bad customer service, I went here at 2:55am to buy beer and the lady scanned my beer and said , nope, I said what, she said , nope no alcohol. I showed her my phone and it was 2:58, but she wouldn’t sell me beer because 3am was her cut off. I was so pissed , I’ll never go here again!!

I purchased gas at this location on 7/25 at 8-15pm also went in store bought drinks 2 packs of cigarettes and I leave in different town and I got home it was wrong cigarettes went back when I was in that town again on 7/27 tried to trade for right ones the lady said she couldn’t cause the ones she gave me costed more and I said well you can refund difference she said once you leave with it nothing I can do I said you are the one that made the mistake I said you have cameras you can check to know I was here you have my card on credit transaction and I have my mobile banking to show and prove she refused and it was the same lady who made mistake and I asked to speak to manager or number to contact she refused to give me and I was very mad because she made mistake and wouldn’t correct it then wouldn’t give me a number to contact for Mgr or customer service and refused me service and kicked me out of the store this woman has no business dealing with the public I want my purchase corrected this is unprofessional and poor customer service

The staff here are very kind the only thing wrong with it is it's very difficult to get a wheelchair inside when you turn to go in your back wheels will fall off the pavement there and then you get stuck and your pain is someone else's neck because they have to help you other than that it's good for her stamps and other things that you don't want to go all the way to the post office for all the way to another grocery store for

I left the interstate to fill my truck up with gas but after sitting through 2 traffic lights and winding up a narrow road approx 1 mile from the interstate they were completely out of gas not a single pump working. How does a gas station run out of the primary product they sell?

Older run down, just average, friendly staff, but people don't work there long at many locations, one store I refuse to stop at is the store in Jonesborough.
