Will never go to this gas station again. Went in to get a can of ZYN. The man rang it up and I was just waiting and he mumbled something. Sounded like he said it was booting up. So I said just let me know when it’s ready. So waiting and waiting etc. Then after a very long wait he said all I need is your Birthday. So I said why didn’t you ask me and he said he did like 5 or 6 times and I said no you didn’t that is first time I heard you say it. He was vey rude and shouldn’t be in customer service. Worst service at a gas station I have ever had.

Tired of this station. This is the third time I've had trouble with their gas pumps. I tried three different gas pumps before giving up and leaving. It's hard to be a gas station where you can't buy gas

First off. The owner must be a cheap person. Because all his pumps are always broken. Now, today I had no choice but to stop there, and of course, I got out to a pump that was not working. So I personally moved a trash can infront off it because to save everyone from getting out of the car in the 10 degree weather twice. Just bag all the pumps up till you fix them
I had 6 miles left in my tank and it took 8 minutes to pump a $1. Had to leave and luckily make it to an exxon before I ran out. FIX YOUR PUMPS AND THE DARN DISPLAYS. I can see why this place has a 1.7 star rating. TERRIBLE....

I don’t know if he accidentally gave me a 10$ bill or is stealing lotto winnings , don’t come here every other time I’ve been here has been fabulous I’ll never come here again.

I get gas here once a cuple days. I'm usually a optimist and find good in everything. But this gas station is simply awful. Never have had a good experience here.
(((((( THERES ALWAYS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THEIR PUMPS))))) whether it's the card readers, the screens or a yellow bag over half the pumps.....
I recommend biking over coming here

My husband and I stopped at this location for gas and restroom break while on our way home from weekend trip. The restrooms looked like they had not been taken care of in a few days, there was to toilet paper in any the stalls for men or women or no paper Towels to wash your hand and open doors for sanitary purposes.

1/12 pumps let you use a credit card. The rest say “pay inside” or some variation. Every day. Fix that please, $42.3 Billion profit in 2022 gas company.

Kids went for snacks & the candy that is advertised as 2/$6 should be $3.49 each .They were charged $4.29 , when I asked for the receipt & showed the cashier she responded with “ I don’t set the prices there’s nothing I can do “ ! I understand it’s only .70 cents but when your teaching children how to spend their money & get the math right it matters to me .

Paid for gas, turned the car around and someone pumped my gas. Told the blonde dude what happened, he called management when she answered and was told what was going on she started making jokes about it and they refused to make it right. I was trying to talk to him and the girl that was there and they both decided to ignore me.

Went to the Shell station today. The clerk was unprofessional. Also embarrassed me and my son. I had placed alcohol, water, and candy on the counter. The clerk started ringing me up. He gave me the total. I asked is that all for all of what I had. He said that was the total for the water and candy. I asked what about the alcohol. He said that i didn't show him my ID. I told him he never asked for my ID. He said its posted all over the place. As I reached into my pocket to show him my ID, he just stared at me. I told him this was the most awkward conversation ive been in. He then took the Alcohol off the shelf and said he was done. I showed him my ID and he he said he was done and called the police on me for not presenting my ID as soon as I walked up there. I asked for his name, he refused to give it, I asked for his supervisors name, he refused it. I asked if the place had audio cause I had hope his supervisor can go back and see how he treated me. The cops came and it was very embarrassing to have to sit there with my son over not showing my ID as soon as I walked up. This was ridiculous and uncalled for. He wasted the police's time. He embarrassed me as a customer. Never did get his or his supervisors name. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU DONT MIND TO BE EMBARRASSED OR DONT MIND THE POLICE BEING CALLED FOR LITERALLY NO REASON!!!

Ever since moving to this side of town about 7 months ago, I have had the misfortune of living closest to this Shell. They have been CONSISTENTLY out of very common products throughout the entire year. This can’t be due to shortages, as the other Roadrunners in the area (that share the same truck) are able to stock their shelves on a regular basis. The management is poor at best, and many of the employees become rude and combative instead of attempting to address and/or help find a solution to the problem. Store should be closed down. I am sick of it.

Pumps are disgusting and covered in spiderwebs and spiders. None of the card readers work properly. I tried 3 pumps. All had spiderwebs around the keypad and nozzle.
