Every time I have gone to this gas station my husband and I have had problems with the pumps, whether it freezes or times out when we are using it. Even though this one is closer to our house we are now going to the farthest one on the corner of Kingsport Highway and Bobby Hicks. This particular gas station is dirty all of the time and we are tired of dealing with problems at the pump. You would think the owner would take pride in their store

I had a wonderful experience at this shell. I literally come here every month to two weeks to get gas and my energy drinks. Well they had a offer for fas rewards if you bought two bang energy drinks you recieved $2cents a gallon. I didn't recieve it and Crystal the store manager got a calculator and did the math and stuck with what the sign said. I'll come here every single time. That's the best customer service I've had hands down in a very long time. It's so important. Thank you Crystal for doing a amazing job.

Very poor service from the STORE MANAGER. Just got gas there at approx 11:15am and there was a hole in the gas hose. My boyfriend was pumping gas, next thing I know I'm getting a shower of gasoline from the hole in the hose! He alerted the manager of the problem, she didn't seem concerned. I then went inside and told her again. I asked for the manager, she replied she was the manager and that she would take care of it when she got time.... we sat there for almost 10 minutes and she never did come out to put an out of order sign on the pump etc. I truly hope and pray noone gets hurt because of her negligence!!!!

Esmeralda is one of the most rude cashiers I have ever came in contact with. Especially if you have lottery tickets in your hand. She sighs and huffs the entire time. She has a terrible attitude. I used to manage a gas station for over a decade. I get lottery can be annoying. However it's part of the job and lottery customers are still customers. This is the first time in 2 months I have even tried to cash in a lottery ticket! I told myself when she was making fun of "Bible Thumpers, Holy Rollers" one morning when I stopped for coffee that I would go to the BP from here on. Today I decided to not deal with crossing traffic. I will go to Scotchman from now on even though the same company owns all of them.

NEVER BUY LOTTERY HEREJust won 10$ on a scrather ticket just to have the employee scan it twice and tell me it was already cashed and not give me the reciept to both scans. I just bought the tickets it was never cashed he stole my ticket blatently infront of me. Never do ANY lottery here or itll be stole like mine and im going to spread the word

lazy workers. they don't seem to want to replace drinks on fountain line. tried a couple times now. 2 working last night, they did not offer to fix it. clearly they didn't care. still not changed out today.
