I have no clue where these 1-star reviews are coming from. I've had nothing but excellent service from this location. I'm soon going to be opening another account with them and am excited to sit down and talk about options for a CD.

Excellent customer service! Changed to this bank after being with our bank for over 20 years. Gaby was very friendly, helpful and efficient.

Going to have to find different bank. Worse service ever.Rude people. Went to deposit money in MY account. Had my debit card. Can't deposit money without my I. D.? WHAT. I'm adding money, not taking out.?? Said all banks require this now(LIAR). Called 4 other banks in Johnson City. They don't require. Gas is too high for stupid stuff.

Awful.. just awful… Bb&t went to the dumpster after trust took over. No tellers at drive thru just a screen, no one can bring money in for u to deposit in your account… no personal touch

BB&T became Truist and not for the good. Truist does not care about the years you have been a customer. Your years of doing business means NOTHING. Be aware if you chose to open an account you might mean something when you are opening but that will be the last time. There is no customer service in this bank. Bad choice if you use this bank. A 1.4 rating tells it all. Pay attention.

Holding a deposit that had cleared my bank the same day I opened new account for 10 days. Was Never informed by CSR that was standard practice for this Shady bank.Underhanded and Very Poor Business Practices and from the looks of other reviewers that's normal for this bank.

Very shady dealings at this bank. Lots of mis-communication or no conversation at all.Merger will only make it worse.

After the merge with BBT, I wake up every morning to new fees. They have stolen over $500 from me for nonexistent fees.

I have been sitting in drive thru, my transaction submitted, 10 minutes later still sitting here. Did I mention it is just to cash a check that exceeded atm machine, 15 minutes, still not completed. After being greeted the transaction took 21 minutes unacceptable.
