I was a less than optimal customer tardy to the appointment and at first I didn't have all the funds but once I found it and told Todd he started working on it right away. “I'm not going to give one star. I'm not happy with Larry's tire service. I took my car there a few days ago for a leaking tire. They took it right in and concluded there was a nail in the tire. They charged me $16 to plug it. What makes me angry is i tipped the tech $7. So my wife says that the tire sensor was already going off again. So I checked it and it was supposed to be at 32psi. It was at 22psi two days later. C'mon guys. So i give their service 3 stars. The employee's were very nice and courteous. I will not be taking my car back. My auto mechanic recommended a place that patches tires and not plugs. Go at your own risk.

Review Update: I'm an honest person. When I took my car to another tire shop they found another nail in the same tire. So, that leads me to two outcomes.
Outcome 1: Larry's didn't fully inspect my whole tire for the 2nd nail?
Outcome 2: I picked up another nail on the way home bc my wife said the sensor went off again that same night.
So I can't truthfully give a dishonest Review. So I changed it to 5 stars. I still will not go back.
I personally think they found the first nail and called it quits. Bc that 2nd nail only had a 2psi leak over 24hrs.
So go at your own risk. They still plug at this place. I like patches.”

And both rear arms need to be replaced too !! More bad news ! Mgr said didn’t discount tires inspect your car? “ I said NO ! ! he said you just the pads.. it hasn’t hit the rotors yet . I asked how much and when could you do these? I explained to him we are leaving at end of week he said no problem come back here in few hours I will have them done in hour!! “How rude and annoying!!! So I just picked up my car. After paying in advance they called me to make the appointment. I had forgotten all about it so they called me to reschedule. I made sure not to miss it again!! Then they called me an hour before my appointment to let me know they had no work and I could bring it in early. I wasn’t able to get there super early. Maybe 9 minutes. The guy checking me in was fine. I confirmed two front tires replaced and valve stem replacement. I asked about how long. They said 45 minutes to an hour. I sat in the cafe for almost 2hrs waiting for a call. I checked my phone twice to make sure I hadn’t missed a call. A message over the speaker said the store closes in 30 minutes. I was starting to get worried and aggravated. I grabbed a handful of things and checked out. About 12 minutes to 8pm I decided to go check with them. Maybe they were having trouble with something. I rang the bell. The service tech with a beard comes out and tell’s the tire center closed at 7pm and my car has been ready for a long time. That ticked me off. They have called about everything else. Why didn’t they call me? I was just sitting there. Waiting. Too annoyed to respond I left. When I walked to the car I noticed the itemized service report and my receipt didn’t match. I had paid for valve stem replacement and their service receipt did not show that it was done. The price was also different not including the valve replacement on the service report. I figured I’d wait til the next day and call them about it. Then I saw the worker with the beard that checked me out. So I asked him about the discrepancy. He said no they had replaced the valves even though nothing shows they did. Then he immediately perceeded to again bring up that the tire center closed an hour ago. He seemed upset he had to wait. He was trying to school me. I’m like, okay. This guy wants to go there. He said they had called my name on the intercom. Something I obviously never heard. He was definitely frustrated with ME! I told him I heard nothing and that I had waited this whole time for a quick phone call. I let him know I was pretty aggravated to have just sat there. They had called me for EVERYTHING ELSE! He tried to make his poor work ethic my fault. Why didn’t he call me when they closed? Why didn’t he call me 15 minutes after they closed? 30 minutes? Never thought to pick up the phone? He even admitted to me the store could be loud and some people don’t hear the intercom. I’m pretty aggravated, frustrated and annoyed! I also bet they didn’t change the valve stems. It’s dark now but I’ll be having that checked. Overall experience….. completely annoyed!! Not my fault you stayed late dude! That’s on YOU!

Edit: I’ve changed my 2 star review to a 4 star review after speaking with Eric and Michael. Both managers of that department. Both of them acknowledging my frustrations and addressed my issues. I felt confident that they were going to address my experience with the tech in question. I’m leaving feeling that my experience is not an experience that they strive to provide.”

“As far as speaking for myself, I can say that they do honest work. As far as being talkative, they kinda do talk more to each other as they work. I prefer it that way to get the accurate job accomplished.
I do have a vehicle that has to reset tire pressure air on a monitor, and it leveled out and reads good, no concerns there. My previous tires tread had read mostly tread 4s and a 3 level. So, I was due for a better set. I did get all 4 replaced and from the looks of them, it's worthy of 5 stars or more.”
