They did the work I requested but I never dreamed it could possibly cost that much. It is not their policy to call for authorization. They just fix it and let you know when done.”

“Seems things were a bit cheaper to rent last time I used Uhaul. The lady I spoke with to reserve my truck was great. The guy I returned it to, not so much. He really didn't want to be there. Also, no break off the price for bringing it back 15 hrs early which I thought it should have. Over all, a decent experience. It's not like I plan on using Uhaul a lot.”
