Do not spend your money here if you're coming to South Charleston City go up four blocks priceless prices are so much cheaper and employees are so much nicer. And I promise you the prices of priceless certainly worth going four blocks my kind of snuff $2.49 a can the big sacks Cherokee roll your own on the largest bag $4 per bag cheaper at least check them out at priceless South roan Street Johnson City.. my father got a can of snuff got out side realized it was the wrong kind that they gave him they would not exchange it he did not want his money back he just wanted to trade it for the kind he paid for the decent looking girl called him a smart ass customer and that was the reason they had a big turnover because of smart ass customers not realizing the public was paying her salary basically not the camel jockey Express you folks need to boycott this place and go to priceless and you'll appreciate you read this review after you go I promise... Put camel jockey Express stores out of business in Johnson City boycott them

Simply not a good store. Very rude employees. The red-headed girl that's been in there for a while gave my dad the wrong carton of cigarettes put it in one of those black bags didn't realize it was the wrong kind until we got home went back to exchange them nope once you leave the store they would not exchange... I encourage everyone to avoid going to this tobacco shop

Great people work at this place. Great service, great people, and they're always willing to help if you have questions about a product... No one has ever been rude to me at this place on South Roan, in JC. Even when I can see that they're having a bad moment.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The vape selection is a bit lacking and sometimes there's a very long line.

Normally I like this place and frequently go here but today I became very angry not even because I was almost home when I noticed that my cigarettes were wrong... but when I come all the way back to the store and saidto the short older red haired lady ''you must have misheard me me hun, I said..." AND INSTEAD OF SAYING OH OK OR SORRY HERE'S THE CORRECT KIND SORRY YOU HAD TO COME ALL THE WAY BACK SHE SAYS "NO YOU DIDN'T YOU SAID..." I've smoked the same cigarette FOR 30 YEARS... WHY WOULD I RAMBLE OFF SOME KIND I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT!?! So she still could have provided good customer service at this point AND DOESN'T... BUT OPTS INSTEAD TO TURN TO WHO I GUESS IS HER MGR & SAY ''SHE SAID... I'M JUST SAYING!! "As sometimes who has worked with the public I can say with confidence I didn't treat customers with that kind of disrespect!!
