I totally understand sometimes working with the public can be challenging at times. I am a hair designer so i get it . But man some of your staff is soooo rude . I was there with my daughter and thank god i did not need any help . But i saw a few people that did need help . Only to be treated so rude and your staff acted like they could not be bothered. As i was picking up foundation i over heard your staff talking heinous about a customer that was not very familiar with the higher end foundation. Wow it really was sad . But this store is also a mess and and your staff doesnt seem to want to help people . I was sorta feeling bad for your customers. I saw a few walk out . Who ever does your hiring needs to really interview them and make it clear your working with the public , helping customers. I know if i was new to higher end make up i would feel awful trying to get help in t hat store . Totally rude staff . Thats awful

Laura did such a great job on my brows, really sweet and easy to talk to. Love that the explained the process and recommended products that with help keep my brows looking healthy and full!

Kegan robinette was one of the rudest stylists I’ve ever worked with. Not only was she rude with customers, she was rude to her coworkers around her. Not coming back here simply for that. Worst hair styling experience ever! DO NOT BOOK WITH HER.

Good selection, nice employees. Very long line though, and staff seemingly available to check folks out but didn't. A manager finally hopped on the register when the line had like 7 people in it.

Love the salon here. I came wanting to cut off a few inches and cut a bunch of layers and Mercy did a fantastic job. She really listed to what I wanted and delivered while making sure it worked with my hair texture and face shape. The volume and motion I have in my hair now is INCREDIBLE. I love my new haircut.

One star is two to many. My complaint after reading the reviews is common for this location. Sadly, this isn’t a time where I am happy to say I am not alone. My first and very last trip to this store. I placed an over over $200 for pickup. When I first walk in the employees pay zero attentions I walk up and ask for help and “how dare I bother them” attitude is a Whats up” attitude. I went into the store to get my order but I was also going to buy a lot more. I just wanted to look at several things first. So, I explained why I was there and what I was looking for. My list was long so I started with the intentions of one concern at a time. The lady was rude but reluctantly helped me, I honestly felt more confused after her help then when I started…onto the makeup where I got no help to start…then Laura in a bright yellow dress and white sandals…trying to be cute like Easter ( my guess ) is apparently not one that appreciates having her time on the click disturbed. And, because I wasn’t going fast enough and preferred to use the same brand when coordinating lip liners and glosses vs her way if buying one brand and another must have caused her irritation…she lied and told me she would be back…surprise surprise she had no intentions in that. So, to drive my point of being insulted home…I grabbed several items and when I went to check out I asked which color she liked and chose the opposite. I spent $130 but would have spent a lot more than that had someone actually done their job. I own my own company and I assure you I would fire people in the spot if they acted like that. Regardless of what I was going to spend or not, you do not treat people like that. And, the store was a disaster because items were everywhere except in their right spot. Maybe I am wrong but, I thought revenue created jobs. And, it’s hard to generate it if you turn customers away vs help them in order to create a revenue stream. In cosmetic stores, one would assume associates might wear makeup and use hair products to promote inventory…obviously that doesn’t happen either. I’m not here to criticize anyone but, facts are facts. I cannot have any respect for people that have none to start with. And, I won’t do business with any company who has associates who pride themselves in lying just get out if helping. On top of that…I get home only to find eyeshadow broken. Sorry Ulta but, but this is pathetic. People are already paying full retail price which can be pricy. Ultimately with service like this, you are losing business to competitors.
