I just left the UPS store. The lady inside was wonderful. It was one or two minutes after five and she was all locked up, but let me in to make my returns anyways. I thought it would be super easy, but there were some complications and she was very gracious and very kind and I’m so thankful that she let me in. This employee Definitely went out of her way to offer. Excellent customer service. And I was in such a hurry that I didn’t ask her name which is a shame because she deserves kudos.

These happen to be the nicest people to interact with. Always helpful and go above and beyond in their areas of service and politeness. Cambrick Hope that spelling is correct) was very helpful and nice while being the only employee working due to dinner time for his associates. The guy deserves a raise or promotion. Thank you for your help!

Jovi and staff at 1735 W State of Franklin Rd, Ste 5, Johnson City, TN 37604 are always friendly and helpful. They keep everything nice and tidy. This is my favorite location.

The colonial hights UPS :
They were very kind, and welcoming when I came in. So I felt comfortable enough to share that I was struggling with my packages. I wasn't sure if I needed then in a bag or the proper way to ship them. I had went to 2 different places already that day. The USPS. When I needed the UPS. So I was stressed. However, the moment the UPS attendant at this location spoke to me, I felt calmer and relieved. She was so helpful. Took the boxes out of my hands and assisted me with my shipping needs. And even made my 4 year old smile. So yes, I will most definitely recommend This Location to Everyone.

Love this particular UPS store on State of Franklin, I drive a couple miles or so maybe 3-4 out of my way because they are so much nicer here than the one on Browns Mill Rd. Great customer service!
