“Great place to buy a good used vehicle Fletcher and his staff are top notch I bought a beautiful 2013 chevy suburban after searching the internet and test driving few suburbans with serious problems I finally called fletcher I told him what I was looking for and explained that I had been to many dealers and hadn't had much luck as most of the trucks I looked at were very rough he assured me that I would not be disappointed if I made the trip to see him I live in Michigan and traveled to Tennessee to check out three trucks none were worth the price they we asking Fletcher told me he would hold the truck I was interested in till I arrived he also agreed to keep the store open for me because I was a couple hrs away as promised he had exactly the truck I wanted it had a couple minor issues that were quickly taking care of its been 2 weeks since purchased the truck and we love it I would recommend Rocky top to anyone looking for an honest team to work with I want to thank Fletcher and the crew at Rocky top for the great service I will definitely be calling Rocky top next time I'm looking for a great deal on a quality vehicle it was definitely worth the drive”

“After visiting the Subaru dealerships in Kingston and Knoxville, we decided to try Johnson City at the urging of my son in law. He hit the nail on the head! Our salesman Colton Trivette was awesome and a pleasure to work with. Also, I had read reviews on the Ascent which complained about the car lacking power specifically at freeway speeds. NOT! Our 2023 Ascent is peppy, and we were surprised. That myth is busted. We’ve had our Ascent for about 3 months now and we are absolutely loving it, and are so glad we went to Wallace Subaru to get it. My wife says it’s her favorite car she’s ever had!”

“I came across my truck listed on marketplace. I decided that I’d go find this car lot. I first meet Amber then Paul . I purchased the truck and discovered a few days later there was an electrical issue with it. I understand that I purchased a used truck but Paul, Amber, Tammy and Alan (I hope i didn’t leave anyone out) were amazing to work with. Paul made sure the truck was fixed and I was happy before I started making my payments. I had never heard of SAI Auto until recently. During one phone call with Paul I told him that I appreciate everything he was doing and he said I don’t want this to be the only vehicle you buy from us. Well it won’t be.
