“I came across my truck listed on marketplace. I decided that I’d go find this car lot. I first meet Amber then Paul . I purchased the truck and discovered a few days later there was an electrical issue with it. I understand that I purchased a used truck but Paul, Amber, Tammy and Alan (I hope i didn’t leave anyone out) were amazing to work with. Paul made sure the truck was fixed and I was happy before I started making my payments. I had never heard of SAI Auto until recently. During one phone call with Paul I told him that I appreciate everything he was doing and he said I don’t want this to be the only vehicle you buy from us. Well it won’t be. “Waited about 2 months in to write this, I got a 2018 dodge charger RT from these guys and I dont understand the low review rating (3.6). Speaking/negotiation with Shane was incredibly easy, not to mention the bad-ass deal they gave me on the vehicle (20,500ish out the door, 90k miles, no mechanical problems). They undercut almost all other dealers nearby on this vehicle; I will say though, the car was previously owned by a smoker so it smelled of cigarettes until I got it properly cleaned. THESE GUYS ARE WORTH THE MONEY. If you aren't sure about a vehicle's condition, they will gladly put the car on hold for an inspection. Will return to these dudes if im ever in the market for a car again 🫡”

“The owner of this place is very friendly and went over and beyond to help us get the van we were wanting, he also came to va to meet me at the credit union to finish up the paper work and then followed me back home so I could leave my truck there and then he took me back from my home in va to his place of business in tn to get my van. Not many people would do all that running for someone just to sell a vehicle. A special shout out to Hobart and his grandson for making all this possible.
