After three weeks, I’m still waiting for a package to arrive. It was sent to my old address then they sent it to my new address and that post office sent it back to Johnson City and I still haven’t received it. Worst service ever

If I could I'd give whichever postal service handling my package NO stars at all!!!! It's ridiculous my package was due Tue the 15th and I get an email saying package arriving today Saturday the 12th. Well it's Wednesday April 16th and now saying arriving late April 15th. ASININE!!!!!

This distribution center in Johnson City had our shipment of LIVE BABY CHICKS for two days and never called us! By the time they got to our regional post office (only 20 minutes away from Johnson City), EVERY SINGLE CHICK was dead. That's over 40 baby chicks that starved and died because the staff at this branch was negligent. I had no idea the chicks were there and we could go pick them up. My family and I are devastated. What kind of people would leave baby animals in a box to die and not bother to contact the recipient OR the sender? I considered attaching a picture but it's too awful. I'm so angry.

This place has misplaced my mail more times than I can count they are lazy and disrespectful why have y'all sent my package to different places and the guy with the Glasses must be a racist or lazy but he told me that my issues are not his problem when he works there and told me not to come back but he can't tell what I can and can't do he wasn't even my clerk he just wanted to be a jerk shut this place down we don't need them

This is the WORST post office I have ever had to encounter. One of their employees being specific the white guy with the greasy hair and glasses that works in the front. How does a package jump from multiple cities in the same state multiple times and that's not their problem? I didn't even want to leave 1 star because their employees and their disrespectful attitudes give 0 stars. They are incompetent and arrogant. Just disgusting!

The courier has delivered merchandise i have bought to the wrong address over 5 times in less than 2 years!!! I have lost over $600 due to the incompetence of the courier! Unfortunately, there are very few honest people who would turn over incorrect mail back to the post office! My husband and I have went on person numerous times about incorrect deliveries and NOTHING has changed! Something needs to be done!

The post office is a joke. Don't even mind to call you will be on a revolving call that gets you no where. Ups (brown truck) is the only reliable mail service. I will never use USPS again to ship or receive again.

We were closing on our house and had to get the documents sent by mail and there in one day sent out Friday paid for one day shipping and currently Monday still not at destination so our closing got pushed back after I already took time off of work to do everything that needed done. Now I not only

I was concerned about the carrier not delivering my mail although she was already at my home and on my property. I went to the office yesterday with the concern and was told that i was wrong. I was told by the clerks there was no way the carrier just didnt deliver my mail and that even tho i had VIDEO PROOF of the carrier walkikg on to my property with my mail in her hand and walking away, i was wrong and she didnt do it. And that the only reason she could hav not delivered my mail is if she felt the mail didnt belong at my home. If it has my address on it then who says she gets to make the decision if it does or doesnt? After filing a complaint online i was called and was told she REFUSED to deliver my mail because my 5 lb chihuahua was asleep on the porch and she was scared of dogs and would attempt to redeliver in a few days as long as no animals were present. I'm not understanding how a carrier can refuse to deliver mail over an animal because of their personal fears or whatever and if shes afraid that bad she shouldnt be be on the road. What if that specific piece of mail was time sensitve for something important?

I moved here in February and since then I have had issues getting packages from the carrier, every single time the mark it as they can’t access delivery spot WHEN THERE IS NOTHING IN THE WAY they are just lazy and don’t wanna get out there vehicles, I’ve had to go to post office several times over the past couple months. All my neighbors have had the same issue.Amazon, fedex delivers my packages with NO issues why everytime I have to deal with you guys it’s an issue. It’s very upsetting if you don’t like your job FIND ANOTHER ONE.
