“Dr Vail and her staff are just wonderful! They are very kind and responsive to your questions and concerns. I like the fact that it’s not a huge veterinary group where you can get lost in the shuffle. They know you and they know your Pet. Dr Vail Always takes the time to explain fully her diagnosis and treatment plan, which is very much appreciated. Highly recommend this veterinary office.”

“I had an incredible experience here with my new adorable kitten. She was a stray and had tail tip necrosis. As a new cat owner, I was freaking out. Luckily, I was able to get an appointment the same day and the staff was wonderful. She is doing wonderful with some basic treatment, and everyone was so polite and kind. I could tell they really cared, and the veterinarian had excellent bedside manner and gave me calm and confidence that I was doing well with her. Above all, they didn't charge me for the exam since I had just adopted her. It meant everything to me, and I'll be coming here for as long as I stay in the area.”

“The doctors and staff are very caring and I can count on them for emergencies. I found my mare down with colic back in July. Dr. Riddle came out quickly after I called. He was very thorough with the examination and honest about our options. Unfortunately I had to put the mare down and he helped her pass peacefully. Dr. Miller is also amazing and has taken care of my horses’ veterinary needs for several years! I trust them with my animals 100%!”

“We are new residents of Johnson City & this was our first time visiting Robinson Animal Hospital. I was very happy with Dr Fog & the staff. My 90lb German Shepherd is always full of piss & vinegar when visiting any vet & not easy to handle. I was impressed with the level of comfort & understanding everyone showed.”
