“I have a husky who hates nail trims. He does do better with me in the room
He has separation anxiety. I was given the option to stay in the room and he did really well. Not alot of vets offer that anymore.They just want to take the pets away. I am very thankful and grateful for Elizabethton Vet for that option. The techs were awesome as well and made him feel comfortable. Thank you so much for a great experience 💗 Much appreciated! “I can’t praise this place enough!!! We recently did a trial board here for our dog Teddy, and he did great!! So we then booked for 3 nights… and he did not have a good time!! We have an incredibly anxious, sometimes fear reactive rescue, and this boarding and veterinary team went above and beyond for the 3 nights he was there! They kept in contact with us and our emergency contact person for each situation that came up. They did everything they could to make our boy comfortable! Unfortunately, his anxiety was so severe they found it best that he shouldn’t be boarded here (or probably anywhere) again which is why this place deserves way more than 5 stars!! I am so impressed with this place that they care more about my dog and his feelings and safety, and the safety of their team, more than they do about turning me away and loosing money for a second board, that truly shows me how wonderful and caring this veterinary practice is!! We left with a few resources to reach out to for an upcoming vacation, and some words of wisdom from the doctor, and I truly appreciate everything they have done for us and Teddy!!!”

“I had an incredible experience here with my new adorable kitten. She was a stray and had tail tip necrosis. As a new cat owner, I was freaking out. Luckily, I was able to get an appointment the same day and the staff was wonderful. She is doing wonderful with some basic treatment, and everyone was so polite and kind. I could tell they really cared, and the veterinarian had excellent bedside manner and gave me calm and confidence that I was doing well with her. Above all, they didn't charge me for the exam since I had just adopted her. It meant everything to me, and I'll be coming here for as long as I stay in the area.”

“Good people that take care of your fur baby's. They have always taken care of my great dane Samoa Jane and she can be a double handful at times. The only downfall is the cost. If you live on a fixed budget like me it's really hard to come up with the extra money. Other than the cost which comes with pretty much every veterinarian clinic I have no complaints!!!”
