Vision Quest VR & Arcade is Johnson City's newest full-service arcade located in The Mall at Johnson City. It features the best virtual reality experiences in East Tennessee and boasts over 40 new arcade games, including a fully stocked LOOT BOX prize counter. With more than 60 attractions and games, it is a great place to play for both kids and adults. Visitors have celebrated special occasions, such as birthdays, and enjoyed their time at the arcade. The staff is friendly and helpful, with one employee, in particular, receiving praise for his excellent support and knowledge of the technology. Guests have noted some minor issues with the VR software, but overall, the experience has been enjoyable. The Free Roam VR and various simulators, like roller coasters and bike rides, provide a thrilling adventure, although some guests have mentioned possible motion sickness from certain rides. While the arcade is a fun destination, a lack of restroom facilities has been a concern for some visitors. Overall, Vision Quest VR & Arcade is highly recommended for its engaging atmosphere and variety of games.

We went for my son's 10th birthday weekend and we had a blast! Staff was super friendly and helpful and there were lots of places to sit. We will definitely be returning.

Really cool place. Lots of fun for kids and adults. Still a few hiccups with the VR software but nothing bad. Will who works there helped us and thank god for him. He was excellent and obviously is a wizard with the tech. I honestly don’t know if it would be the same experience without his knowledge and help. Highly recommend.

Took the grandkids there for the second time today. They had a blast and we will be back. Both times we went, Will was working. He is great with the kids and very helpful and friendly.
