I went to pick up a prescription and they were sweet as can be! I didn't get the first lady's name but she was nice, I felt bad cause she had to play my Dr's call in a handful of times cause his receptionist spoke too fast, but she still was super nice. Then when my prescription was ready, Chrissie helped me check out and she even checked on a prescription that I got at a different Walgreens cause I didn't know if I got my insurance put on that prescription. Super employees y'all have!

I've heard so many horrible things about this Walgreens. I've never had the displeasure of actually dealing with the incompetence myself until today and yesterday. My friend used to get her prescription filled here. It's a controlled substance so a few would always come up missing straight from the pharmacy. When she said something about it then big chunks were taken from a few pills. I try to fill my mother's prescription and it's going to take an hour. Whatever OK. I tell to fill it I'll be back the next day. I come back it's now going to take thirty minutes. They had a full twenty four hours. I don't even see why they bother having a drive through if you always have to sit and wait no matter how long they had to fill it. I'm also picking up a controlled substance. Let's cross our fingers and hope they don't water down her morphine she needs to breathe and that her pain pills don't come up missing.

Most of the staff is cool! But the lady who's older and shorter is very short and rude. She gets mad when she tries to push the card on me and I refuse. I get that y'all have quotas, but it shouldn't affect how you treat your guests.

If I could leave zero stars for this pharmacy and pharmacist ( one of the female pharmacist name a known at the moment)I would but you have to leave at least one star in order to rate. For whatever reason Walgreens pharmacist tend to have such a problem with what their patients take and by that I mean a personal investment. They seem to take things personal and by that I mean when you have a prescription for say a sleeping medication they do not like to feel the entire month even when you offer to pay for the month they make you come back in over and over and over! Why is it any of their concern or business?!? It's like they get some kind of ego and puffed up about their job and maybe the money they make who knows but they take it a little too personally it's not like it's freaking fentanyl! Do not go to Walgreens if you can avoid it any of them! I realize they are like Dollar generals on every block but avoid them like the plague if you can because THE FEMALE PHARMACIST ACTUALLY JUST BOLD FACE LIED TO THE FOOD CITY PHARMACIST ABOUT THE NUMBER OF MY PILLS SHE FILLED BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T WANT ME TO BE ABLE TO GET THE REST OF THEM!! SHE ACTUALLY TOLD HIM 30 WAS FILLED ON THE 8TH... THERE WAS 14 FILLED AND I HAVE THE BOTTLE TO PROVE SHE'S A LIAR!!

Walgreens(s.roan)Called looking for item on sale. Girl who answered phone said items was no longer on sale(LIE), I asked well, do you have any in stock.Put on hold for 5 minutes. Girl never came back to phone. Drove over there. They are on sale and in stock. Then the (he said manager) Ryan tried to charge me full price. Hope they find better help
