Pharmacist/tech checking me out through drive through laughed through the entire transaction. Did not provide information on the prescription/ask required screening questions like they usually do. Did not ask if I required needles. Unfriendly service overall compared to what I'm used to at this location, and they didn't seem to be very busy...

They wanted my Drivers Liscense on a return - I'm not a big fan of giving out my DL to Walgreens - Think I won't go there anymore

They didn't have one kind of medicine I needed and they would not call around to other Walgreens pharmacy to see if they could find that generic kind of medicine cuz I have to pay cash so instead I had to pay you about 80 dollars more for the same kind of medicine just to higher price.

To preface, I live in Kingsport and the 24 hour Walgreens in Kingsport is wonderful but they didn’t have the medication I needed. They told me to call this Walgreens to get it sent there instead. Which is fine! Things happen! I called this Walgreens at 6:30 to see if they have it. They did and the guy on the phone was wonderful telling me to wait about an hour and a half. I finally show up at 8:15. They don’t have it ready. Fine. They are busy so I was told to wait 15-20 minutes. However what I don’t appreciate is a huge line of people waiting for their meds and the staff is goofing off behind the counter. It took till almost 9 to get my meds AND my sister calling them to complain to get me my meds. On top of that, the lady at the front counter was so rude. I will not be back and will tell everyone how awful this place is.

Please cked up refills on Wednesday. Had more that weren't in stock and was told to come back Thursday. I wait until Monday and they still didn't have the refills. Started immediately with excuses including the weather. To top it off their computers were down so even if they had the refills I couldn't have gotten them. Very unhappy with the level of service.

The pharmacist Sunny M at this location is the extremely unprofessional and down right rude. I was picking up a script through the drive thru and the lovely pharmacy tech checked me out and this pharmacist comes over very rudely and smarts off and literally throws the phone across the counter and walks off. The pharmacy tech just stood there like did she really just act that way? Maybe she needs to be reminded there are a whole pharmacy school graduating every year and she can easily be replaced if she hates her job that much!

Everyone who isn’t the pharmacist is condescending and rude for absolutely no reason. ALL THE TIME. They have an awful tone when speaking to you, talking down to you as if you’re illiterate. Yet they’re going to post a sign in the window requesting people to be respectful to the employees? 😂 gtfo, learn to have a professional attitude and learn how to do your damn job properly! I sat and waited for 30 minutes for my prescription, to be told that it was apparently too early to get a refill which isn’t true. If it was they would’ve said it the first damn time. Claimed insurance wouldn’t pay for it this time because it was too early, insurance is supposed to pay for it period. My OB sent in for a refill, insurance is supposed to pay. But the girl told me I would have to pay out of pocket. So if it really was too early to get it on insurance, then why didn’t the girl do her job and tell me when I could pick up my prescription? Seems like you need better employees who can actually comprehend how to do their job. Wasted gas. This is the WORST 24 HR pharmacy in the tricities. I’d rather drive to Elizabethton.

The staff is rude, egotistical, arrogant, WICKED!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS TO THE PHARMACY. BEWARE OF SUNNY THE EVIL PHARMACIST WHO WILL HOLD ONTO YOUR RX IF SHE DOESNT LIKE YOU. The pharmacy here is the best I’ve ever been to. I used to go to cvs just up the road and they can’t compare to this Walgreens. CVS would always take 3-4 hours to fill 1 prescription. The first time I went to this Walgreens I gave them the prescription and they said it’ll be 15 mins. I was sold right then and there. Plus they’re open 24-hours and everyone is always friendly and courteous, for example I just got a call from them asking how I was doing with the medication and to call if I had any questions or concerns. I highly recommend them

After being discharged from the hospital at 2am after 5 hours of waiting with a sick little boy, I went to get him his fave ice cream because there isn't a 24hr grocery around here. I had Googled for twenty minutes until I found a store open that carried the right stuff. I go to pay and after 1 try the cashier decided my card was broke. We drove home and stopped once more trying to get him some ice cream and the card worked like always. I felt like the attitude of this cashier was the main issue but I've had several bad experiences with their pharmacy as well.

I came in at 2am with my BF, who is half black, to buy some hot dog buns since the grocery stores are closed. We were immediately followed by the cashier, Cindy, to the aisle and asked if we needed anything in a suspicious way. After checking out other customers, she promptly returned to the aisle we were in and hovered around the chips, eavesdropping on our conversation. We were discussing drink prices when she interrupted us from the other end of the aisle to tell us she wouldn’t sell beer after 12am on Saturdays. She tried to tell him that it’s a Washington County rule, which is untrue. As a bartender who recently renewed their license, I’m up to date on the laws concerning alcohol sales in TN. Establishments and employees are allowed to deny alcohol sales based upon their own discretion, but it is not a county or state law to stop sales at 12am; beer sales end at 3am.The whole interaction felt like she thought we were going to steal something, and I don’t appreciate her hanging around to listen to us. Good squishmallows, though.
