i have been there many times to get pictures printed and every time the two cashier ladies that are older one has blonde hair have been extremely rude and I don’t think that’s how you keep customers coming back. I’m extremely disappointed in how they treat their customers.

Just a average selection at premium prices. Cashier's just going through the motions and a pharmacy crew that acts like you are just bothering them. Walgreens. LoL. No thanks... 😑🥺

Never have a prescription filled here unless you have no other option. TWICE I had a prescription filled and requested that they apply the GoodRx price. Both times, I tried to show the employee the GoodRx app's info/codes for the script. I was waved off and told they would apply it. I even asked at checkout for the employee to confirm that I was getting the GoodRx price, and she told me that I was. This was a blatant lie. I checked the app, and I was being charged full price, around $65 more than the GoodRx price. They simply couldn't be bothered to take the time to help me out. This happened TWICE. I will never fill a prescription here again. The pharmacy employees at Food City are much friendlier and are actually willing to provide some semblance of customer service.

I like to wait in sales or coupons online or I don't shop there I do like my Walgreens. I wish they all have the dollars alse it is only a few things for a dollars but it useful for me. I have to drive on the other side of town.. anywho Walgreens is Walgreens they usually have stuff other store don't.. thanks for reading

They think if they lose your insurance card that they won't be held accountable. The manager was rude when I asked that they actually look for it instead of just telling me it was lost. I understand they're short staffed, but I wasn't hateful, I just wanted my insurance card back.

There staff will come out of the pharmacy or from behind the counter and help you find what ever you need love the staff very neat clean store Walgreens on North Roan Street my always Pharmacy Never go to any other Pharmacy they have mist anything you might need.....

the people working in the pharmacy always seem SO miserable. they've been fairly rude several times, being snappy, condescending, and short. the tech today did help me find some discounts on medications and filled my script pretty quickly, she just sounded so annoyed and deeply sad while doing it. i'm sure they're overwhelmed with several years of covid so be extra kind and patient with them, please

This has got to be the worst pharmacy on the planet. Called 7 times and spoke to a machine every time only to get hung up on by a machine. Last time it took me a whole day to wind up getting a prescription filled at the hospital. Good luck y'all!!!hung up on
