So have been to the location a few times in the last few years whenever I'm visiting TN. Most recent visit was good. I realize that they are not in stock of a noticeable number of products - though this is common all over - including Northern Virginia which usually has a good level of products available. I think that between people quitting their jobs across all industries, workers being hospitalized with issues, back ups at shipping ports - each aspect is causing supply chain issues. And people are stocking up more the last year or so. So anyway - the location had most of what I wanted. They even had the pub mix my family members like [the Walmart locations in Northern Virginia hasn't had it in months.]. I was also happy that they had a section of gluten free pretzels and a version of Pringles that are gluten and dairy free. I can't eat gluten, dairy, or soy anymore so it was a nice surprise they offer those products. There was a product we were trying to find and an employee of the store walked us directly to it.

I had to stand in a very long line to check out. There were two registers open and both were very long waits to pay. As I walked out between the registers and the service desk, I passed five employees having a debate about what a disney character's ears looked like and how disappointed one of them was that no one recognized the ears she was talking about. When you ask why the lines are so long they always say that they are understaffed. I guess that it true. You can't check people out as long as the all important disney debate has to be settled!

Delivery service is horrible. Walmart does a great job getting the order right and sent out in awesome time, however, will it make it to the right house? Several times my orders have been sent to the wrong house and they sometimes include a picture of the items sitting on the porch of the wrong house! Do they even check the house numbers?!?! And beware Walmart+customers, the so called "free" delivery you pay for in the membership fee. I was charged a delivery fee anyway and should not have been. Walmart has completely lost my business because of this delivery issue. I'm not even one entire mile away from the Walmart near me.. Thanks again for making this situation even more stressful and difficult for me. Now, off to warn others

Very unprofessional staff! Showed up for my second COVID vaccination at my scheduled TIME & DATE!! (the time & date THEY made!) The associate very rudely tells me that I can’t get my second dose because it’s not been 28 days (only 27). I tell her I didn’t make the appointment the pharmacy did. Before I was waited on, they take the person behind me in line first. What’s up with that??? They can’t take people in order of who arrived first? Then when you do finally get waited on, they think it’s funny you wasted your time by showing up for something they got wrong. The store manager, associate, & pharmacist I spoke to didn’t offer to make a wrong right. They could all use training in customer service, NOT my HEROES!!! (Go to CVS, made an appointment online in no time!)

Pharmacy staff here is wonderful. I am new to Tennessee and after going to Walgreens and CVS, this pharmacy has been by far the most knowledgeable and kind! I will be driving out of my way to come back here!

Their policy with requiring everybody in your group to show ID when purchasing beer/wine is ridiculous. My previous review still stands, but knocking their star rating down to 1 because now when I've got kids with me I have to either leave them in the car or ask them to wait for me outside when we're done shopping which is a HUGE inconvenience. How do they expect parents with kids who are under 15 to have an ID? So without an ID or if your kid is not 21, and if you are unlucky enough to have a staff member there request everybody prove that they are all 21+, then tough luck, you'll be denied alcohol purchase while everybody else in line looks at you like you're trying to commit a crime. It's a d*** policy.

Went to this store today and was frustrated by two things. Wanted to get a loaf of French bread sliced and was advised the slicer was broken, as apparently it was for the last month. Might get a new one in about a month. Not acceptable in the largest retailer in the country that can't pay their workers a living wage, yet still rake in millions. Also, picked up a gallon of milk without the scan code missing. Another trip to the back of the store! If this place wasn't as close as it is, we would do or shopping elsewhere! I have been to this pharmacy approx 6 times. Rarely is the bedside manner of the pharmacist and pharmacy technicians friendly. They act like they hate their jobs. Usually, the most friendly person is the cashier. Will use Walgreen's from now on.

I'm not sure if the employees here are willfully ignorant or actually suffer from a mental deficit, but I feel that neither case should be handling prescriptions. I called at 9am, explained that I was in town for an emergency and I needed a 3 day supply of my medications, because I knew that I was not eligible for refills. I arrive one hour later, get to the counter, and am informed that there are no medications ready. After checking another computer system, the clerk explains that there is a hold because I am not eligible for refills. Luckily, no one had the foresight to attempt contacting me via the cell number I have on file to rectify the situation, because clearly customer service is frowned upon in this establishment. So I now explain my situation to the 2nd staff member of the day, who yells across the lab to the pharmacist for permission, and then tells me I will have to wait for them to fill it. I checked out my groceries and returned to the pharmacy and ended up waiting 22 minutes for 3 whole capsules. Incredible. The entire staff had to muster their handful of brain cells to struggle through a 3, 2, 1 countdown. Next time, I'll drive out of my way to avoid this pharmacy.
