I get a text saying my pick up is ready and many times I sit there and watch cars that come after get their groceries and I just set there until I have to call the store and remind them.

I'm a spark driver for Walmart and I had an order to return but store was closed so called customer service and they said to bring back within 24 hours so I did and the I got deactivated because the Elizabethton store didn't put it in their computer or done something wrong and it looks like I never return the order. Some one must have took the opportunity to take it home with them since it didn't go in the system so it costed me my job because that was the only income I had at this time. I made more at Walmart than any other delivery place. I appealed 5 times and was told the same thing every time that it said returned but the store didn't show it returned. I gave the appeals board the order #,time and day I returned the order and the name on the order ones doing appeals just needed to call the store because the store told me it showed that it was returned but I'm Still deactivated.

We have always had a pleasant shopping experience at this walmart.
We come about once a month to use the Primo water fill station, and we usually grab a few things while we're here.
Employees have always been pleasant with us.

Joyce and Carla from Walmart were very sweet and helped me find an expensive earring that I lost. I am extremely grateful for their help and gratitude. They are the most sweetest employees in Walmart that I have ever met.
