“The most gorgeous shop with the most gorgeous clothes and a gorgeous owner both inside and out. Usually when I shop, I just want to do my thing and get out, but their team actually takes the time to personally work with you instead of just make a sale, and it is SO helpful! They're hype girls if something looks great, and also honest if something may not be the best fit. If it's not the best fit, they'll go find you all the options that will be! Highly recommend stopping in if you're in JC!”

“I really enjoyed my time at Buckle. I came in for an accessory that said it was in stock online, couldn’t find it myself, so an associate named Audrey helped me. This girl went above and beyond to find exactly what I wanted, and got me checked out right away despite the Black Friday mass. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Staff seemed to be calm despite the crowd, & eager to help in any way they could! The store was well kept, and again just want to brag on the staff especially Audrey! Highly recommend, will be back. “This establishment does NOT decline restroom use to children of any kind. There happened to be a work order due to flooding in the restrooms where piping was backed up with bile, due to clogged toilets causing it to come up the drains in the flooring. As you can imagine this involved the landlord, contractors and etc to fix and is an ongoing issue. Those requesting the restroom are directed to the same places the employees use them for now. Five Below does not discriminate over bathroom usage. It is not rude to let customers know the bathrooms are out of order, things happen out of their hands at times just as anyone or everywhere else. Children are welcome to dribble balls in the store and have fun, that’s their motto, however we still have to care about the safety of our handicap clientele and other shoppers in the midst. If the child is throwing the ball across the store or knocking products over on to the pathways of other shoppers, they will be asked to not throw the balls or etc, this shouldn’t be frowned upon for caring about the well being of other customers. Please be considerate. The shopping establishment owners have parking lot rules and do not allow cart corrals for Five Below or even their neighbor Old Navy and etc, this is the reason you may be asked to keep your cart inside. Thank you!”

“My mother loves Cato and I recently went with her to the store in Elizabethton and was very impressed. So, when I was looking for a light cardigan to take on an upcoming cruise, I went to the Cato in Johnson City that is just a few miles from my house. I was immediately greeted by a friendly young woman. I spent about an hour trying on different outfits in a very clean and spacious fitting room. I found a couple of dressy tops and 2 really cute cotton summer dresses that were on clearance. I did not find the cardigan I was looking for, but I left a happy shopper.”

“To begin with my friend and I came to Johnson City to try out the mall since its the closes one from Bristol. Pretty nice mall it looked bigger from the outside but its a cute small mall. Not that many stores, but there is a lot of food to choose from on the food court area. Additionally I went to several stores and the customer service was great all around. Also the mall was very clean and neat including the restrooms too. Furthermore if y'all want shop in a hurry and where there isn't too much people I recommend this mall for sure.”
“The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Store is always clean and well laid out. They have the cutest selection and the clothes are very high quality so you get what you pay for. I have purchased many items from them and never have been disappointed but slowly their selection hasn’t been size inclusive. If the are truly a “plus size” store they do not need to carry XS-L. I get lucky if they have something in 2X. The girls that work there are super considerate and apologetic because the larger sizes go first. I wish they would carry and purchase more extended sizes. I love this store but I’m slowly becoming disappointed in the size range.”
“Nice vibrant restaurant with knowledgeable and friendly host and wait-staff. The restaurant is very clean and well decorated. Good variety offered on their menu. Food is fresh and hot when it is brought to the table. Very tasty vegetarian/vegan Ramen, crisp tempura, nice maki rolls. Staff brought extra wasabi and chili spice powder when requested because we like spice. We enjoyed their delicious ginger salad dressing too. We'll be back often.”

I’ve grown so accustomed to less availability of service, in general, that this shopping experience was a most refreshing change. I highly recommend Lane Bryant for that reason.”
