Just had an awesome experience at Advance Auto Parts. Both the guys there were really nice by the way. On August 28th around 6:00 p.m a guy named Andrew was definitely the nicest cashier I think I've ever dealt with. He helped me with the issue I was having and was just a very nice young man, and you don't see that a lot these days. Thanks buddy 👍🏻

This advance is always so kind and friendly. It’s nice to see a face like Kelsey’s. Her knowledge and experience went above and beyond every expectation. Very rare to find someone like that AND she’s just so friendly. Solved my problem quickly 10/10 will be back. Chris also does a wonderful job of making certain all employees are happy and knowledgeable. What a wonderful place!

I would like to post a THANK YOU to JP at Advance Auto in Jonesborough I had a rear window wiper destroyed at a local car war. I purchased the wiper and JP installed my wiper with no objections or attitude like most of us run into these days. But thanks again JP Advance Auto has a great employee right there

Excellent experience with new battery purchase. The store manager Chris went above and beyond, as my old car battery was completely dead/unable to be jumped. Since I was not able to drive that vehicle to their store for the installation and live only 5 minutes away, he installed the replacement in my driveway. That is really above and beyond in the realm of customer service these days. Very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful!
