Love this bank. I only have one big issue, I do all my bill paying on line. You presently have three or four checking account sign in pages. Yet, only one works. I have no clue as to why you do not delete the old sign in links. I would be so thrilled and a completely happy bank customer. If you would address this issue.

Simply wanted the number to the Jonesborough branch. Not available. As I discovered, one has to call a general Bank of Tennessee number, be put on hold (and not for just a few seconds, as I have learned), and, once the call is taken, the caller is screened by the operator(!) prior to being transferred to the branch. Completely unacceptable.
