“I like this place with 5 in 1 place. Number 1 is the laundromat, always a clean and simple place to do your laundry. # 2 car-wash, it's not a new modern car-wash place, but it is still a good place to wash your car. Sometimes, I used the power wash to clean off what the birds left on my windshield. #3 Dog wash place: I don't have a dog, but I might bring my dog over for a wash while doing my laundry. # 4 restaurant, Tacos Grill place to eat. Never ate there because I always come here for laundromat early morning. The restaurant is still closed while I'm doing laundry. And last, # 5 haircut place. I also haven't gone to this haircut place as well because it is not open early in the morning as well.”
“The car wash it's self is nothing special. That being said the cleaner and micro fiber towels after are amazing and the vacuums have a lot of suction power. The staff is very friendly.”

“Ultimate shine is the best automatic car wash I've used. I do the monthly plan, so I can take my car whenever I need to. If you wash your car at least twice in a month, then monthly is the way to go. The wash cleans good, and the attendants at the entrance do pretty good cleaning the bugs and stuff off, but this can be hit or miss. My car always looks good after, so can't complain.”
“Great wash. Love the vacuum and the carpet mats cleaner. If you take your all weather mats over to the entrance of the wash the staff they wash them for you. I have seen the staff vacuuming vehicles for handicapped. Their monthly packages are a great value. And they have free air fresheners!”
“As far as laundromats go this one seems like the most legit. I don't often visit laundromats, but I suppose that when I do it's at Kaylee's (Pit Stop). Drop off service or do it yourself. The washers range from $7 (commercial washer) to $4 (standard) and the dryers are $3 (commercial) to $1.50 (standard). Each cycle lasts about 20 minutes. Overall a decent place if you're in a bind for a washer and dryer service.”

“Equipment maintenance is a problem at times. Seems like sprayers are not working efficiently, the front of the car does not come close to clean, and the tire shine always makes a huge mess on the wheels. I know some of this is not due to the operation and more to do with opportunity with the concept. However doesn't seem like they are trying to improve either. The staff used to wash the front and sides better as you entered and now it's just wet it and forget it trying to get everyone thru faster rather than efficiently”
“This car wash is clean, well-lit and very well taken care of. Because of that, it also feels safe, even late at night - which matters. It is a smaller carwash, but killer location and open 24 hrs per day. I prefer to come here - no wait and I can clean our vehicles at our own pace. The automatic wash is shockingly good, I was surprised.Glad this place reopened. I assume it is locally owned because I see someone servicing the wash and cleaning up sometimes. We prefer to support local businesses when we can, more than enough huge chains in Johnson City with owners across the country. Thank you guys!”

“I had an issue with the touchless automatic wash and called the number outside. The guy who answered was super helpful and polite. He pulled up the camera footage and walked me through the issue. It was the customer service I have ever experienced.”
“Great experience and my wheels are always thoroughly washed! The only point of contention is my rear view mirrors are pushed in requiring significant adjustment!”

“I got stuck in a bunch of mud yesterday so I dropped by to get my car washed and the attendant, who usually sprays down the car before you go into the wash, spent about 20 minutes, springing off the mud from underneath my tire wells. I was totally not expecting anyone to go above and beyond. Thank you for this. I was having a rough morning and this reminded me of the power of kindness and exuding excellence in our work.”

“Does the Gold wash keep the big roller brush from coming down? It got my roof only. The two side brushes overlap some in the front. Weird. Kingsport sucked, this one looks smaller, but is better maned. I may have to change my membership from gold wash.
