Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I trust their products and are high quality. My husband has been using their 750mg full spectrum CBD for over 2 years for restless leg and it works wonders for him. He was able to get off Klonopin after 20 years with no withdrawal. I highly recommend this store for any CBD needs.

Always so pleasant. So very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and what your needs are. Very trustworthy. I recommend very highly. It is wonderful how I had a recommendation for what I needed for my seizures. I was having them often. With their knowledge I have had 2 seizures in 4 yrs and they were not near as severe as they have been. Seizure meds did not work but this sure does. It has also helped me so much with my MS. They are all so wonderful! I want to thank them for what they have done for me.

Just simply rude unhelpful and OVER PRICED!We began to try to find alternative ways to treat Insomnia and other issues to aid patients and help avoid western medicine. I couldn't get anyone here to take 60 seconds to tell us about what's what.After going to multiple places across the region we finally located a biz in Kingsport where they tell you about everything and it's actually affordable.ADVISE to owners- I read where you called another patron TRASH and a THIEF .for going elsewhere due to your lack of manners... I do NOT recommend you doing this as it is legally frowned upon. Just WOW! Not a pure Tennessean.

We tried this business multiple times but never had good help on cbd products.We did try 750mg tincture that frankly was weaker than pond water. After that, we begin looking and comparing between 7+ other similar companies in the area.East Tennessee hemp is the most expensive one with sadly the worst customer service. The product line is ok, but if you market a product as 2000mg it should be just that. As Jonesborough is considered more of a tourist area, you'd do well ethc to remember the vast numbers of people who do live here, and even beyond reviews, word of mouth absolutely still prevails!
