“We had bought our niece some anime sleep pants that was the wrong size on the hanger. Jenn the manager was so helpful and reordered them for us for them to come im thw mail and be the wrong size AGAIN which is bs, but yet again Jenn came to the rescue and let my niece keep the pants to gift to some one else and let her pick something different out and didnt charge us the difference. She was so amazing in the both times i have came back to fix the christmas gift. Thank you boxlunch and your employess for making a little girl happy for christmas. As always will be shopping at boxlunch again. Never a bad experince.”
“I really enjoyed my time at Buckle. I came in for an accessory that said it was in stock online, couldn’t find it myself, so an associate named Audrey helped me. This girl went above and beyond to find exactly what I wanted, and got me checked out right away despite the Black Friday mass. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Staff seemed to be calm despite the crowd, & eager to help in any way they could! The store was well kept, and again just want to brag on the staff especially Audrey! Highly recommend, will be back. All around good experience! If you go, ask for Audrey!!!”
“The Ladies were amazing and Top Notch. Not only were they efficient they got our group set up in no time and had us sized for our tux rentals. They continued to go above and beyond helping with shopping for additional shirts and shorts. They folded tho clothing up wrapped it in paper to keep it from getting wrinkled. I would highly recommend going here if you are looking for people who want to help provide a great experience.We came here After being treated like a inconvenience and a bother at to their sister store Mens Warehouse. If you are looking for horrible service David at Mens Warehouse would be more than happy to accommodate that He will be rude and unhelpful he specializes in telling you how he does not care if you are a customer or not he has appointments scheduled all day but has an opening if you can wait 1 1/2 hours while the store is empty and his coworker sits on his phone and plays his games. Make sure you make an appointment so he can set aside time to treat you poorly. I am sure he will be busy with a empty store and folding jeans that are already folded and will not have time for you with out an appointment.”
