While moving my stuff out I found mouse pellets along with seeing 1 live mouse and 1 dead mouse in my unit. Also had water damage to my stuff. Wouldn't recommend unless you want rodents chewing on your stuff and water damage to the stuff that isn't chewed on.

We needed three storage units with climate control. We were there almost 6 months. Then bought a house. Moved our stuff out. Everything is perfectly fine as we unpack. Thank you for keeping our furniture and boxes in good condition, even during the sticky humid weather during the summer. There was no rust on any metallic objects (like husbands tools??) or bicycles!

Excellent experience with Storage Source one in Jonesborough! The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The unit was very clean, easy to access, and very secure. It is always well lit, has a gate, and security cameras. I never had to worry about anything in my unit.Having a climate controlled storage unit with external access was great! Units I have rented in the past had climate controlled but you had to go inside the building to access your unit. Storage source one made it perfect with having the unit be climate controlled and external access!If I have any future storage unit needs I will definitely be going back here!
