People there were so friendly so we so clean what made the experience so outstanding was that we went to Starbucks and Keith think it was anyways he was so sweet to my daughter I'm so polite to me. It was just a great experience. Then we go to check out the bag lady played with my daughter Abigail and I was so impressed how they were just so great her name was Jane these two should definitely be promoted or recognized for the best employees ever. I would definitely recommend this grocery store to anyone.”

“This pharmacy is amazing. They do not give you the nonsense line "We're not taking any new patients", like all of the other big name pharmacies always do. They also got my prescription rerouted from the big name pharmacy that told me they would fill it, then told me "We're not taking any new patients" and they filled my prescription all in just a handful of minutes. These guys are a customer service Godsend!”

They are always friendly and helpful, I'll never forget that one time I had a few teeth pulled, and it took longer than expected, so I ended up arriving right when the staff were closing for the day. Jim was kind enough to run back to the pharmacy, fill my prescriptions, and bring them to me at the front counter.”

I have a cat that requires a daily pill and Volunteer Pharmacy makes capsules with her medication so that she doesn’t have to taste the awful pill. They have a very convenient text system that allows me to reorder my cat’s meds and lets me know when the meds are ready for pick up. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! “I drive by Heartland Apothecary daily and today I decided to stop in. It's conveniently located off Kingston Pike. This is a lovely pharmacy. As a compounding pharmacy, the lab is located on site. I did not need any medication today. But I had a question regarding a product and the staff and pharmacist were friendly and helpful. They also offer vitamins and supplements for people and pets.The walls of organized vitamins and supplements are well labeled. Sections include pet needs, essential oils, kids, women's health, gut health, brain health, etc. Heartland Apothecary also carries jewelry, candles lotions, honey and other crafted gifts (Sunsphere tea towels, for example.) I'm glad I stopped in today and learned more about this business.”

“I saw the most heart warming situation here today. The lady running the building came out and pumped an elderly gentleman's gas because he couldn't walk. She had a pleasant smile on her face the whole time. In the middle of helping him another customer had a question to start pumping gas. She never missed a beat and took care of it all. With a smile on her face the entire time. God bless her. She deserves it. This was Clinton Hwy and Emory Rd. Food City gas and go.”
