So aggravated cause I called at 8am this morning to check on my prescription of an anti viral for Covid. This prescription was sent in yesterday but I had not heard anything from the pharmacy. When I called to ask the status of the prescription I was told they could fill it and would need my insurance information when I came in. At 1pm I had not received any text or call saying the medication was ready so I called once again to check, I was told that they could fill it but would need my updated insurance information. I told them I was already told that this morning & I would be sure to bring it in with me when I picked up my medicine. I asked how long it would take for my prescription to be ready. They told me I could get it in an hour. I show up an hour later, provide my updated insurance information - the prescription is still not ready and I am sitting here inside Walmart with Covid waiting for the prescription to be filled.Absolutely ridiculous customer service.

I called the Walmart pharmacy to see if I had a prescription on file ready to fill. I spoke to Kay. Her customer service was outstanding! She checked everything in the computer to verify the prescription was there, checked the insurance and double checked with the pharmacist to make sure there was no problem with the refill because of the type of medication. I wish there were more 'Kays'!

Getting Rx filled here is chaotic! They always manage to leave out half of our Rx, so that we we rarely get our full quantity and doses. My husband and I both try to explain to them what they're doing wrong but they don't listen and when they do they blame all the doctors that prescribed the medicines. So we have to set time aside to make calls or visit our doctors again just for proof of what we already know: that the mistake is on Wal-Mart's end. They just can't get it right. So we have to either alter our doses, skips doses, and/or make multiple trips to get our full Rx. Also, there have several times that they have forgotten to run our Rx thru our insurance. They say they simply "forgot". What!? If it weren't for other pharmacies not having certain Rx we wouldn't even go to the pharmacy at all.

Had my blood pressure meds sent here, was supposed to get 30 (a months supply) and only got 10....?? (update) Issue was quickly fixed.

Closed up at 6pm on the weekend??? Some people have to work and can't get in during those crazy hours.

The slowest pharmacy I've ever been to..... There can be 10 people in line and they just look at you like so what keep standing there... Someone in management needs to get with the program and fix it, it's ridiculous to wait 45 mins when the prescription was called in over a week ago... DO NOT GO HERE FOR PRESCRIPTIONS
