Typical of any Walmart I have visited across the Country with regards to shopping experience and interaction with Associates. Where this Walmart succeeds is in The Pharmacy. It is always busy and the Pharmacy Associates are always friendly and helpful. We've been using this Pharmacy for 20+ years and although we've seen several associates come and go, the ones that are here and have been here for some time address us by our names and engage in conversation. The Pharmacist is always very friendly and has gone over and above to help with various issues.

Went in for an oil change, came out with oil and grease all over the drivers side compartment including my cloth seats. Will never be back to this store again ! Plus .. one manager was really rude.

I have never been so scared in a Walmart before until this evening! There’s a big difference between an emotional support animal and a service animal! Could someone please explain to me how a huge snake wrapped around a man’s neck and arm is a service animal? I think not! I literally flew out of the store trying not to cause a scene because I am terrified of snakes.
I went back a few hours later and I saw Nick who happens to be an assistant manager & said something to him! He said all they’re allowed to do is ask if animal is a service animal. Hmm how about asking for proof. I have heard of service dogs before, but snakes get real. I’m not in perfect health and could have easily had a heart attack or no telling what when I literally flew from 1 end of the store to the other.
I personally don’t think pets should be allowed in stores unless the owner has proper certification cards stating their pet is a service animal and what it’s certified for! I know of people who are allergic to various types of animals even. If people can’t go to the store without their emotional support animal then they need to go via pick up or delivery

Blew a tire on the interstate, they got us in and out in under 2 hours, at a reasonable price, and with a super helpful staff.

One of the most poorly stocked and laid out Walmarts I have ever visited.

My recent visit to the Walmart in Kimball, Tennessee was a smooth and pleasant experience. I stopped in to pick up some groceries and my prescriptions from the pharmacy, and everything went as expected. The store was well-stocked and the staff was helpful. My only suggestion would be to consider adding Apple Pay as a payment option at checkout—it would make the process even more convenient for customers like me who prefer contactless payments.
