My Husband and I had the furniture and everything we wanted picked out and they were unable to deliver to my address. I even offered extra money that’s kind of poor service.

I have went through Aaron’s for years and never had a problem until now. I had a stove that burst right before Christmas and they was supposed to be getting it fixed . I have never heard anything about the stove since they picked it up and left me with a loaner. I have called several times and get no answer. I am still paying for a new stove that I don’t even have. I reported it to corporate and still never heard back from them. I will never do business with this location again. No I buy all my stuff through Aaron’s in Johnson city on people street and have never had a problem. I am going to talk to my bank and stop all payments from this Aaron’s cause I will not pay for something I don’t have. This location has very poor management and rude employees as w lo.

I made an order online to this branch for a fridge when mine broke, but before any delivery date had been set a good friend of mine stepped in and helped me to buy a fridge outright elsewhere. I called this branch to cancel the order and was told "okay, we'll get it taken care of". Two weeks later I get an alert on my phone saying that my first payment was due...on a fridge I never received and had canceled. I called immediately and was again told "okay, we'll get it taken care of". A week later, I get a phone call from this branch trying to set up a delivery date for the same fridge I'd canceled TWICE already. And again, when I told them to cancel, I was told "Okay, we'll take care of it". Now this week I get an email AGAIN saying that they need to talk to me about my account, and checking my account I see that the fridge is still pending delivery EVEN THOUGH I HAVE CANCELED THREE TIMES NOW. LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!

I've been doing business with Aaron's many years and purchase many items from them. I tried to get a new lease agreement online but they ask me several questions about my assocation with certain streets and phone numbers..etc. A individuals name came up and i didn't know who the person was, but it declined my identity verification because I said I don't know whom that person was. Because of that it couldn't approve my lease agreement. I called the number it gave me and explained my issue and I was transferred to at least 2 different individuals and neither could solve the issue. I live in the state of Virginia and my closest Aaron's store is in Tennessee. They referred me to that location for assistance. Why is there customers service either online or by phone available if they cannot solve my problem with me having to travel across state lines to do business???

I was delivered a broken tv and was told it would only take 2 weeks to fix it, well it was almost a month and a half and still didn’t hear anything and the sub tv we got was supposed to be brand new and the sound kept cutting on and off on it. Definitely wasn’t a first good impression for going there again.

Just got off the phone with Hunter that works there. So rude and entitled. I paid for my furniture months in advanced, yet they continued to try to charge my card every two weeks, when I was paid up in advance. They then tacked on late fees for bills that I paid months early. They have me paying for a bedframe that CAME BROKEN. They agreed to pick up the bedframe MONTHS AGO and take it off my bill, but they never came for the bedframe or fixed it and they continue to charge me for the broken bed frame. Now that I'm completely fed up with paying for a bedframe they sold to me BROKEN, I tell them I'm going to transport the bedframe myself on top of my car, and they say I'd be liable if anything happens to it. It's ALREADY BROKEN! THEY WERE AUPPOSED TO COME GET IT!!! At this point, I'm never going to Aaron's again. I'm sick of their mess ups and costing me extra money. They claim they'll come and get all your stuff if you don't pay up, but they won't even come and get a bedframe they are supposed to take back to fix my bill! They rob people!!

Aaron’s delivery guys are the BEST!!! Michael & Cody are absolutely wonderful . Very prompt and take care of their deliveries with care. They will make sure all is good before leaving. I’ve been dealing with them for the fast few months. Hunter in accounting is also great!!! Let me not forget Lilly, she knows how detailed I am and how I want my items. She is professional and handles all with a good attitude. Thanx Aaron’s Team. ?

We originally had a horrible rental agreement with American Rental. The price jacked up almost $140 More than what it was supposed to be. We decided to go to Aaron's just to look at other options in fridges. We ended up find the exact fridge we had in a different color. The guy working listened to our concerns coming from American rental and he helped us out so much. He never left any question unanswered and went above and beyond to help us get a fridge ASAP. I would highly recommend the Aaron's here in Kingsport to anyone who asked. When they delivered the fridge the guys delivering it went above and beyond. Made sure they heard our concerns about getting the fridge in and did it in 30 minutes. They were very careful of our belonging and heard us out.

I just paid off my air conditioner in February turned it on in March and it no longer worked I had chosen this place because they had always been so good to me but both me and my husband are disabled And had no help to clean the house and ended up getting bugs we spray and spray and they don't go away the company told me I had 3 days left for them to fix it and picked it up and brought it right back saying they can't do it because a bug ran out of it. so I had to order another air conditioner and it doesn't cool the house at all and I guarantee even tho they knew we had this problem and was doing all we could to fix it that they will make us pay off the new air conditioner and not take it back even though it won't cool. I had loved this place until all this happened and when I say disabled I mean my husband is blind and lost both legs and I can't stand or walk anymore. I feel we were done wrong and have paid off many items with this company it's not right they won't help us anymore.

I have been with Aaron'sfor over 20 years. The east stone drive store in kitchen. Tenn. Has the most awesome employees I have ever met. I have purchased many many items from them. They are ALWAYS READY to help me whenever I need it. THANKS AARONS

Customer of over 10 years, but at this point I would rather lease from a dog, the manager and staff at this store do not know what they are doing I have been overcharged and my ezpay has not been working and they are refusing to accept any liability for anything. I will be finding a new company to lease from for any and all future purchases.
