Aaron’s delivery guys are the BEST!!! Michael & Cody are absolutely wonderful . Very prompt and take care of their deliveries with care. They will make sure all is good before leaving. I’ve been dealing with them for the fast few months. Hunter in accounting is also great!!! Let me not forget Lilly, she knows how detailed I am and how I want my items. She is professional and handles all with a good attitude. Thanx Aaron’s Team. ?

We originally had a horrible rental agreement with American Rental. The price jacked up almost $140 More than what it was supposed to be. We decided to go to Aaron's just to look at other options in fridges. We ended up find the exact fridge we had in a different color. The guy working listened to our concerns coming from American rental and he helped us out so much. He never left any question unanswered and went above and beyond to help us get a fridge ASAP. I would highly recommend the Aaron's here in Kingsport to anyone who asked. When they delivered the fridge the guys delivering it went above and beyond. Made sure they heard our concerns about getting the fridge in and did it in 30 minutes. They were very careful of our belonging and heard us out.

I just paid off my air conditioner in February turned it on in March and it no longer worked I had chosen this place because they had always been so good to me but both me and my husband are disabled And had no help to clean the house and ended up getting bugs we spray and spray and they don't go away the company told me I had 3 days left for them to fix it and picked it up and brought it right back saying they can't do it because a bug ran out of it. so I had to order another air conditioner and it doesn't cool the house at all and I guarantee even tho they knew we had this problem and was doing all we could to fix it that they will make us pay off the new air conditioner and not take it back even though it won't cool. I had loved this place until all this happened and when I say disabled I mean my husband is blind and lost both legs and I can't stand or walk anymore. I feel we were done wrong and have paid off many items with this company it's not right they won't help us anymore.

I have been with Aaron'sfor over 20 years. The east stone drive store in kitchen. Tenn. Has the most awesome employees I have ever met. I have purchased many many items from them. They are ALWAYS READY to help me whenever I need it. THANKS AARONS

Customer of over 10 years, but at this point I would rather lease from a dog, the manager and staff at this store do not know what they are doing I have been overcharged and my ezpay has not been working and they are refusing to accept any liability for anything. I will be finding a new company to lease from for any and all future purchases.

The store manager, Spencer, doesn’t have customer service skills. He accused me of having a different payday than I did after I told him I only get paid once a month. I am a little behind on my payments, and he offered no assistance. I have been an Aaron’s customer for many years, and I have paid off several things, and I have never been talked to like Spencer talked to me. I have worked in customer service before, and they ll way Spencer talked to me was no way to treat a customer. He accused me of lying and for setting up a payment when I didn’t know it would go through. Once I can find some other furniture, Aaron’s can come and get their stuff because of Spencer’s actions.

Aaron’s in Kingsport, TN is the worst place to Rent items.On September 2, 2022, my wife wanted me to see about a payment arrangement on our couch and bed. I called at the end of the day (I am a teacher). I tried to do it.The manager, Spencer said $500 and change next week. I thought that seemed a little high so I told him I’d touch base with my wife since she handles keeping up with our bills and our budget. She is a teacher too and I texted her at her school and she said “See if they’ll take $250 next week.” So I called and Spencer said “No we can’t take short payments.”I was confused about everything as I don’t usually handle that side of our financial affairs. So I left on my way home from school. She went on her way home from school and said she’d call and I said “Ok, thanks because I am confused on all that.”So she called me back. I have a 40 minute commute between home and work and she has a 20 minute one.My wife said Spencer was very unprofessional with her and condescending. He said she was lying about when she got paid. She gets paid on the 15th every month. I get paid on the 5th and 20th.There was a payment she had scheduled for August 31, 2022. It didn’t go through because another bill came out and she forgot about that. He accused her of lying about that payment and knowingly making a payment that wouldn’t go through.We have been customers of Aaron’s for 5 years in different areas. After this payment on our couch and bed, we will be looking at another place to get a couch and bed from, like Rent a Center. Then Aaron’s will be authorized to come and get the current bed and couch.We will no longer be customers of Aaron’s very soon.

The 2 guys working at Aaron's Joe and Spencer are very un professional and could care less about customers I'm almost paid off with my account and I would never recommend them. They are pathetic and should not be in this position.
