“Can’t say enough good things about my experience with DMC - car was a 2012 Traverse with significant front end damage that was on the bubble of being totaled, and they worked with my insurance to get it repaired. Both the ladies in the office, Melissa and Carlene, are fabulous to work with. Owner takes a lot of pride in his work and knows what he’s doing. This shop handles not just body work but the mechanical repairs from collision as well and this was my main concern initially. I would take anything to them again and highly recommend these folks!”

“I was driving through Tennessee during a thunderstorm and my Toyota rav4 hydroplaned on the freeway. It was the scariest sht ever and I literally almost died. Something was off with my car after that so I drove to the closest toyota which was this one. The service people were very friendly, helpful, and understanding and they did a thorough inspection and fixed the issue (my exhaust pipe was hanging from the engine) for free. I am really grateful for their help. No offense but this town is in the middle of nowhere and there is nothing here so I would've been sick if i was stuck here any longer”

“I want to start off by saying that when it comes to getting my car serviced, I will only work with Colten miller! Not only did he go way out of his way to take care of me, but I had gotten a few recalls on my vehicle that I wasn’t even aware of!! He made sure to talk to the right people to get it taken care of. My radio was having some major issues and I have been to several Toyota dealers about it. Just a couple of days after dropping my car off, he called me and let me know that everything was fixed and good to go. I can tell you that they genuinely care about your safety here and making sure you go home happy!! And even though I didn’t purchase this particular Rav 4 at Toyota of Kingsport (my last one I did), and because of his kind gesture, I’ll only shop at Toyota of Kingsport from now on! “I meant to leave a review months ago, but people get busy. They were quick to work with, and they do quality work. I had a crankshaft polished from a Chrysler 318 LA as well as the timing cover and valve covers dipped. They did an excellent job. The pricing for the work done was incredibly reasonable. Be patient with them, you can’t pay people to show up to work. Sadly I didn’t get pictures of the valve covers or timing cover, but it was a night and day difference. Needless to say I was very pleased, and I will go back for future work. There’s not a large selection of people to do small engine work, especially in my area. Most focus on heavy duty diesel applications now.”
