They have been so nice when I come through the drivthough I really appreciate that. My only complaint is that this bank is near impossible to get someone on the phone when you call the. Leave a message most likely you will ne get a response. And the number they tell you on the recording to call seems to just lead rite back to the recording, lol. It’s almost funny if it wasn’t so annoying. I can call Johnson City thank the Lord they always answer. I don’t know what’s wrong with this bank I just want to go to Eastman credit unit so bad and I hate that I’ve been with them sinsce 1994. I miss the old staff so bad.

Do not.... I repeat... Do not get a mortgage through this bank. They had an entire month to have everything ready by closing date. The night before closing they were sending documents to sign up until 9pm. Still didn't have anything ready for next day and had to put it off from that Thursday until following Tuesday. At the 2pm closing we had no package sent to closing from Truist. We finally got everything sent to the Closing company after 6pm. Over 4 hours at closing company waiting on everything from TRUIST. Pitiful!!! Poor communications from lending sales person and processor. The sellers also were delayed in closing on their new property and had to go into a HIGH rent situation because of Truist's lack of customer care and incompetence.

I love this bank! They will always help you. They have always solved any issue I have. I moved 45 min away from the location and I still kept them. Best bank.

Over 10 days for a deposit pending, 10th day finally came, money isnt here like it should be and they wont answer the phones for hours. Awful service. This has caused me so much trouble.

Do not do business with this bank ! This particular branch screwed up my refinance loan drafted double payments for my loan 22months in a row. The loan officer and the Bank manager both lied to me that they had mailed me a refund check. When I never received it I was told it had been mailed to an old address. And they had stopped payment on the check and were sending me another one, which I found out later was not true. Then rather than straightening out my account they deleted 2 payments that caused my loan to go to collections. This was reported to the credit bureau as well. After 3 months and multiple lies told by these 2 and me reporting them to the Better Business Bureau my account was finally set to rights. I have never experienced anything like this before. I will be taking my business elsewhere. So take my advice and avoid Truist bank especially the Ft Henry Drive branch.

Avoid this place like the plague. Obnoxious staff, high fees, approves nothing. Closed my Truist account and went to a Credit Union.

This bank has the most stupid rules I have ever heard of. A family member needed money and I requested to deposit money with an account number and they don’t take cash unless you are the account holder. Every other bank will accept a deposit into an account with just an account number. Also they can accept cash from an account holder but not anyone else. Stupid!!! Many other banks make things so much easier.

Has to be the worst Suntrust to do business with. Had 3 accounts with them, had enough of it and closed them all. The lady that serviced the closing of my last account was very rude. Every time I have been at this location I have seen another customer come in to complain.

I paid $36 2 weeks before o stop payment on a company suntrust let it go through anyway causing my account to OD. When I called and spoke to Pheobe she was extremely rude and didn't take it off nor did she give me my OD fee back as promised. I never got to talk to the branch manager as promised. I had to file claim to get my money back. This is the worst bank ever with the rudest people. I'll be opening another account with nicer people

20 + years with SunTrust, has finally came a end ,The buy out has totally restored a good bank ,Truist is the worst customer support I have ever seen ,4 hrs of being passed around from person to person they still not told me nothing about a deposit they got 6 days ago ,thier app does not evan work ,chat link does nothing,Sad I will bank where they dont out you on hold 40 mins at a time,to tell you nothing they cant help you the next person has to what Joke ,United South East At least answers the phone

I used them several years ago. Good bank. Bad part I was paying attention to my money and had OD fees. Resolved the issues, bit my accounts closed because of the problems I caused not balancing and managing my money.
