My daughter really enjoys CrossFit kids. Everyone is nice, helpful, and motivational in a positive way. The children are friendly, the coach is wonderful, and the challenge is good for my child. On the extra plus side this is helping her learn about fitness, health, and improving her strength and agility.

I came here as a drop in while on vacation. Scott helped me complete 18.5. Everyone was very welcoming. This is a really nice box; next time I visit the area I will be back here!
