“I was away from my home gym today and on short notice, messaged Kingsport Fitness the night before about getting a day pass.
They got back to me really quickly even though it was on a Sunday and let me know their staffed hours. I had intended to be there earlier, so they helped me set up an alternate entrance method so I could still check the gym out on my time frame.
The facility is very comfortable and welcoming as well as spacious and clean.
There was tons of equipment to choose from and it was well taken care of and it's the only place around I know of that has a posing room.
They also have tanning, boxing, and other equipment for specialized strength sports.
Marlene and Jimmy are very friendly and helpful and they have an awesome training facility!”
“All the essentials for a well-rounded gym are here! Machines, weights, a track, and a really fun cross training yard stocked with everything you could think of for a fun workout. The yard was my favorite place to be!! The staff treat you like family and the prices are affordable.”

“Railbirds is a great local gym that is everything CrossFit should be. I dropped in from out of town and found them to be inviting, responsive, and accommodating. The gym was clean, with all the equipment you’d expect, nicely stowed the way it should be. Owner Tiff seemed especially helpful and knowledgeable, and she really gives off a good vibe. I’d totally join if I lived closer.”

“This particular PF just did renovations to the facility and added new equipment such as squat racks, an extra Smith Machine, and brand new cardio stuff. I was paranoid they were going to remove machines I depend on for my routine to make room, but it appears everything is still there. They did remove some cardio equipment but there is still enough for everyone to access one. Staff is always kind and helpful, although there appears to be a pretty significant turnover. It's worth noting a small number of machines break constantly which gets frustrating but they do their best to fix them. I appreciate the value and variety provided by PF. It is easy to train every body part and a total bargain. I've lost 80 lbs and this gym helped a ton.”
“I came to this gym one morning with the college baseball team I work with, and everyone was so impressed. To be a local gym that well-kept and spacious with so much good equipment was awesome. We had plenty of room. There was even a section with lots of racks in the back that was similar to our gym at the university. Everyone was able to get in a great workout. They let the whole team come and lift plus coaches, media relations (me), and trainers.”
