“I consistently stop by when traveling. I must say, it's one of the best gyms I've visited in a while. The equipment selection is excellent, the staff is consistently helpful and friendly, and the bathrooms and locker rooms are always clean. It's a truly great gym experience.”

“I am grateful I joined this gym. I have built muscle and confidence. Historically, I am uncomfortable and insecure in the gym. Here, the staff are supportive and care about your progress, they teach basics, form, and help build personal progress. Grateful.”

“I love Railbirds. I enjoy the fact I can walk in, a clsss in already prepped and ready for me, and I get a killer workout that includes strength training and some kind of cardio. The community of friends I’ve made who encourage me on the hard days is my favorite.”

“I was away from my home gym today and on short notice, messaged Kingsport Fitness the night before about getting a day pass. They got back to me really quickly even though it was on a Sunday and let me know their staffed hours. I had intended to be there earlier, so they helped me set up an alternate entrance method so I could still check the gym out on my time frame. The facility is very comfortable and welcoming as well as spacious and clean. There was tons of equipment to choose from and it was well taken care of and it's the only place around I know of that has a posing room. They also have tanning, boxing, and other equipment for specialized strength sports. Marlene and Jimmy are very friendly and helpful and they have an awesome training facility!”

“Dropped into the box while traveling for work and couldn’t be happier with my experience. Great environment with showers and quality rogue equipment, in addition they had a large community where members were so inviting and friendly. I definitely plan on going back for the remainder of my time here in TN. The class was organized well with enough time for a well planned warm up in addition to strength and conditioning.”

“I came to this gym one morning with the college baseball team I work with, and everyone was so impressed. To be a local gym that well-kept and spacious with so much good equipment was awesome. We had plenty of room. There was even a section with lots of racks in the back that was similar to our gym at the university. Everyone was able to get in a great workout. They let the whole team come and lift plus coaches, media relations (me), and trainers.”
