That get no stars they are horrible here they wouldn't fill my med bc they said I haven't had no medicine filled there in a while I swear if u know what good for yourself u will not go here at all they r horrible they leave the customer line off the hook so u can't call u have to hit ur prescriber just to get someone on the phone and I'm making sure I call corporate and I'm going to have everyone else I know call corporate on them

I have received bad customer service at this location in the past. I submitted a complaint and it was taken care of. I have had no problems since. This is my CVS of choice.

Definitely Skip this location.. cooler on a shelf with other coolers marked 29.99 no other labels ... but the one I wanted off the same shelf was 49.99 when scanned.. no price on the cooler nor on the shelf and it was the only one the store had... they should have let me purchase it for the price on the label... very disappointing...

I ordered a photo and paid online. I didn’t mind that they have to scan the photo envelope before I could leave with it. The problem I had was that the clerk asked if I wanted to look at it before I left and I said yes. Instead of handing it over, she opened it and put her fingerprints all over my nice new glossy photo. I didn’t request it to be reprinted as I needed it for a project.

Extremely poor customer service. Dealt with them 6 or 7 times and all but one person was very rude. Spoke to the manager on duty once, Washington, to voice our complaint. His response was just "ok'. No apologies, no excuses, no care at all.

Awful wait times! Awfullll and also can never get the phone answered when calling.. I have got put on hold before for over 2 hours just trying to see if a medication was being filled and still never got an answer. Finally called and transferred the RX just to hear the pharmacist at the new pharmacy tell me that “they would try because CVS was the hardest to get ahold of” and I understood clearly because they are. Hopefully this isn’t the case with everyone maybe was just my experience but I tried for over 6 months due to this being the closest to me but it just wasn’t worth the aggravation to me
