Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life! Lady upfront on shift this morning 3/20/25 said whatever and rolled her eyes to my mother because my mother was already getting rung up and I was helping her and then I returned in the store after taking my mother and my child to the car and the male manager made a remark about how I was just inside and scuffed and said something under his breathe. I didn’t even grasp the issues. Just absolutely disgusting behavior and hate their jobs obviously. Perhaps someone should move them elsewhere because customer service isn’t where they belong. I usually come at night and there is a younger girl with glasses whom is a total sweetheart and even with a line out the door has a great attitude. Maybe ask her if her friends need a job to replace the losers on day shift!?

Rude smart mouthed managers. They can't give you the price of a prescription without having a prescription when paying in cash, is BS. Go to Colonial Heights Pharmacy and they have no problem telling you the costs and they aren't rude either.

I set while 2 other cars got their medicine. When I pulled up they didn't say anything and slammed their security thing at the window down in my face. I go inside and the cashier said they close at 130 even though I was setting their for 10-15 mins waiting. This pharmacy doesn't keep medicine in stock and they are rude. My family will be moving to another pharmacy and never going in another cvs again.

My visit to CVS was quick, and the checkout employee was very friendly and helpful. I had several coupons, but she handled them without any problems. She was very patient!

This pharmacy needs to be overhauled in a bad way. The entire staff is rude and disrespectful. They all need to be replaced or another business put in its place. These folks are horrid! If you want to feel bad about yourself,or be talked to like your an idiot, just stop by Colonial Heights CVS.

The Colonial Heights CVS has the rudest employees of all the CVS I have been in.
I was a very happy customer of Indian Spring CVS for many years. They closed this location and transferred everyone to the Colonial Heights location. The transferred had its issues with the Pharmacy but I was willing to work with them until the "kinks" were worked out.
The problem is it has been almost a year and there are still issues.
The staff of the Colonial Heights home base is very rude. They are not helpful and act like answering our questions is a bother. They make you wait to be waited on at the front cashier. Today I was told to tear my coupons apart before handing them to the cashier. I told her all the coupons were to be used did she still want them tore apart anyway. She told me no but she hoped they all were going to be used.
There were several other insulting remarks from this lady also. I told her that I have never been talked like this by an empoyee until we were transferred. The newer staff were really very rude to people. She gave me to understand she has been with CVS for 30 years and was not new. I told her she was new to me and rude.
This was after I had alrezdy had a run in with a young man I. The Pharmacy. For some reason my meds are being refilled every 30 days for 90 days of meds. The young man told me not to worry about it just refuse them. Also the told me my doctor would not fill a prescription. When he check the med did not need a refill. He also told me that was not a big deal either just to forget about it. I placed all my meds on manual refill and took them off of automatic refill to help eliminate the problem. I told him this should take care of the contant refills. He said we will see.
I highly suggest that you send you employees to customer service classes. They all are in need of this. I am seriously considering changing Pharmacies.
Treating people with respect and dignity seems impossible for CVS.
This treatment is an every time we visit the Colonial Heights Pharmacy event. Enough is enough.
Just to clarify the Indian Springs employees were very caring and kind to your customers. Moving them from Indian Spring to Colonial Heights was a great loss for us. They cared about us and showed it.

They've been calling me over and over again and when I answer it's only loud beeps over and over again, no person on the call. And now, when you try to call back you can only leave a voicemail, you can't speak to a pharmacist like you used to be able to. Ridiculous.

Their phone number is only automated. You can’t speak to a real person.

This pharmacy is undependable. I have had several issues over the past few years with them. Mostly with them saying I have prescriptions ready for pickup and then they don't have it a few days later. This week, they canceled one of my prescriptions after my provider called in a refill and then told me 7 times it was ready for pick up. Their solution was for me to come back across town and get it later because they had to call my doctor for another refill. Making a mistake and then forcing your customers to pay for it with time and gas isn't how anyone should do business. Accountability is something this pharmacy needs to learn.

I work for a doctor's office in the tri-cities and often have to call pharmacies for patients who forget their med lists. I have never been treated so rudely on the phone by a pharmacy employee before. When I asked her to slow down, she got major attitude. She seemed extremely bothered when I asked her to spell a medication. When I asked her to also fax a list to us so we had a hard copy, she abruptly said, "I just gave you the list over the phone why do I have to fax it to you?" I politely said I would really appreciate it if she could fax it and gave her the number. She took it and hung up on me. I can't believe someone would act this way toward anyone. I'm just trying to do my job, like she is.

Rude is an understatement. The woman in the pharmacy ask me where I lived and why I was using this pharmacy. I nicely told her it was none of her business but I was going through a divorce I have an order for insulin that is good until sept 2025 and she refused to sell me insulin syringes being type one diabetic. She should be fired. Incompetent in her job and nosy asking personal questions that are inappropriate. I hope they check into this.

Workers are great. I feel sorry for them as a whole. CVS should hire more pharmacists and techs all over.
