Went to look at vehicles after hearing advertisement they were changing namesWe didn't know what time they closed however it was between 5 and 6We sit and my old man got out looking around the 2 vehicles he was interested in. We waited and waited probably at least it seemed like 10 minutes before anyone came out. Very poor sales help, long story short, it was closing time so cutting us shirt. On top of it one of the advertised vehicles had a recall and couldn't be driven. Take it out of ad then. More than likely lost a sale

I’ve waited for almost three years, yes three years to get my car fixed. I have had the run around the entire time. Eventually had to buy myself another car since this has taken so long. Eventually they gave us a rental to drive until I get my VW back. I can go on and on but I won’t. I’m not satisfied with this situation. In November they will have had my car for three years and still not fixed. This is the VW dealership in Kingsport btw.

I purchased a platinum f250 diesel a few months ago from another ford dealership(jacky Jones ford of sweetwater) and have been working in Kingsport so brought my truck in for service at the quick lane originally went Tuesday around 4:30 and was told they couldn’t do it because they closed at 5 even though the sign said 5:30 not a big deal they quoted me the works and I opted to add fuel filters which would make it more I knew that up front so they originally quoted that for me Tuesday 360-380 dollars which was fine dropped truck of Friday morning at 11 and didn’t get truck back till 4:30 arrived and had a 520 dollar bill in front of me which was way off from the quoted price after a long talk with the service advisor and manager they honored the original quote but should’ve been right in the beginning after leaving I go out to my 70 thousand dollar truck only to see grease smudges on my 70 thousand dollar truck will not go back and would not recommend

I took my car to the Ford dealership for repairs. I have never been treated with such respect as they did. I'm so impressed with them and it was a great experience.

WarrantyI took my F250 in for a brake service and an A/C warranty repair. I was charged $75 for an inspection and told it did not need brakes and that the lifetime pads were not available. I was also told the shifter cable was loose, charged $75 to tighten it. My biggest issue was getting my AC warranted, I had everything but the condenser and evaporator replaced one year ago at Johnson City Ford, three times they put the same technician to repair and three times it failed. I thought that maybe if I tried a different shop I would get better results. Your tech found bad Schrader valves and replaced them. But, according to your service manager, because the parts, which were part of an assembly, were not line item listed on my original receipt the the repair was NOT covered by the warranty. My total cost to get my truck out of your shop was $687.76 !!! I was loud and obnoxious as I paid my bill to leave, just to keep a mechanic’s lean from being put on my truck. The service manager suggested that I take it up with Johnson City Ford, so I have. They are working to recover the $400+ I paid for “warranty repair”.Customer # 103142Invoice # 222713You have my phone numbers.Update: I did go back by Fairway and talked with the GM and he told me he did not think that “people” should leave reviews, he did tell me he would get involved. Johnson City Ford did come through and I was refunded the money charged for the A/C work.

Ask about new models with Blue Cruise and the sales lady looked at me like I had spoken in a foreign language. However, she did tell me that Volkswagen had some nice ones on their lot.

Bought a new car. Brought it to Fairway for a warranty issue. Had 8am appointment. Car wasn’t looked at until 4 pm. Ordered part. Had to constantly call dealership to see if part had arrived as it was after they told me it would arrive. Put on hold for over 15 minutes three different times. It was there they just hadn’t called. Told me to come in at 8 am the next day, said it would be quick to put on. 2 hours later still waiting. No communication. No one at service desk. No one will answer phone. Just poorly run service department.

Definitely not impressed so far. Loyal Ford customer just moved to the area, have only taken my vehicle to Ford for service for over a decade. This dealership has my business purely by virtue of being closest to me, all they have to do is get me on the schedule. Filled out online appt request; no response. Called at 5 pm, service is closed. Left message with receptionist, still cannot get a call. Doesn't fill me with confidence...

Service is horrible! I have a 2016 Focus with a bad Transmission control module that is on national back order but ford refuses to recall it. After about 3 months the part came in, service let my car sit the whole time without cranking it so now my battery is bad and I have to get it replaced as well. Everytime I call I'm put on a 20 min hold and can never get an answer on what's going on with my car. So here I am, still waiting to speak with someone who can give me an update on my car. Stay away from fairway and take your vehicle to an actual mechanic. Unfortunately I had no other option because ford is the only one able to get my partUPDATE: now they're saying I need a new transmission. After waiting close to 3 months for a TCM they tell me this and quoted it at $9k. The car now doesn't run at all and I owe them $1,100 for fixing absolutely nothing

Having had a exceptionally long 8 month wait from a competitive Ford Dealer In a City just South of us, we finally made ghe decision to Call FAIRWAY FORD in Kingsport to get our Mustangs recall repaired there and made an appointment with FAIRWAY.In a day FAIRWAY got our Ford Mustang's recalls installed and downloaded. While we had to ALWAYS contact the Store in Morristown, FAIRWAY kept in Continuous contact, and told Us how long it would take and supplied the transportation to and from our house.FAIRWAY is a busy Store but we feel it so worth the time to for service and we will shop with them in the future.

The staff here is so friendly, organized, and helpful. I drive past another dealership daily and still make the 30-minute drive to the Fairway Volkswagen for service instead.
