“Delay getting from the emergency room to an assigned room. Diagnosed with a broken hip. Emergency room understaffed. It took 3 hours to get a CAT scan and another 2 hours to get the results from doctor. Once on the 2nd floor (orthopedic), I cannot say enough about the excellent care that I received from all the nurses and staff who provided for my care. When I was released, my papers showed the wrong outpatient rehab clinic. I mentioned this to the nurse and gave her the correct information. She passed to OP ADMIN. It never got corrected. After 4 days, I had my surgeon's office to send the referral.”
