Their drivers are dropping packages off at houses that no one lives in just so they can drop it off. My daughter isn't receiving hers. The photo where it was dropped off doesn't match my property or home!

This was NOT delivered...AGAIN! On 15 Nov I ordered three sets of patio furniture FedEx claimed to have delivered them but they delivered to three different addresses in three different cities. After receiving refunds from the shipper (Wish) I reordered one set of patio furniture. FedEx claimed it was delivered to me. IT WAS NOT. This time there was not even a photo of someone's porch. FedEx said it's the fault of Wish providing an incorrect address.However, my address is correct on the Wish app.I am so frustrated am nearly in tears.Heather

Absolutely the WORST in all shipping distribution centers... I've worked for this FedEx so I know from experience how lazy the drivers are. The good drivers have to pickup the lazy driver's slack by meeting them and taking packages off of their routes which leads to packages not being delivered or missing packages all together.. recently (11/6/23) my packages got shipped together yet only received 2 out of the 4 and they were all marked as delivered.. thankfully I have cameras to show FedEx only delivered the 2 packages... If I have the option I will never ship through Fedex for this reason alone, never have trouble out of other shipping companies

In the last month I've had two shipments they received in Kingsport in a timely fashion and they're put on the truck and I have a 4-hour window of usually 10 to 2 and then it's delayed from out for delivery to operational delay last delivery was one day The current delivery is still riding around on the truck 2 days in a row. And while I did get the last delivery I had to go get it because it was left at the wrong apartment but I received someone else's package and I had to deliver that package to them

The delivery note says “do not leave near dog,” yet every package that FedEx delivers is left near the dog whether she’s on her front yard lead or the side door lead. It’s really not that difficult to use common sense. This is the 5th package we have had destroyed because FedEx refuses to follow simple directions.

They have nothing but criminals for drivers. Every time I have to drive on Tri-Cities Crossing I get tailgated by one of their trucks. I can’t imagine hiring liabilities is good business practice when they’re endangering the lives of anybody that has the displeasure to share the road with them.

Our driver sent a text stating our package would no be delivered due to severe storms and we assumed the package would be delivered the following day. Instead, the driver submitted no one was home and dropped the package off at the distribution center in Kingsport, TN (45 min from the scheduled delivery). We waited for 30 min at the distribution center and a very kind lady came out to tell us it could not be located so we left without the package and wasted 2 hours trying to get something that was supposed to be delivered to us four days ago.

I live on a narrow road with not a lot of great places for a large truck to turn around, but after ordering several large pieces of furniture, these guys made it work each time and encouraged me to open the boxes to ensure nothing was damaged. I also order cases of wine that they deliver. They’re always on time and always friendly and professional when I interact with them. Nothing is ever broken or damaged. I really appreciate the excellent service.

I have a large weatherproof easily accessible package delivery box right next to my front door. It has a clearly visible sign for package delivery companies to place items in the box.I don't know what is wrong with FedEx but theynever use it! Today they left my package out in the rain until it was completely saturated with water instead of putting it in the box. It would take about five extra seconds to put the package in the box to protect it from the weather but I guess that's how much they care about their customers.I would not use FedEx if I didn't have to depending on where I order from. I used to work for FedEx and I know how they really think about their customers and treat their packages. It's complete trash.

I've been forced to wait 4 days on medical equipment that was supposed to be delivered. The driver never once took it off the truck! Then, despite my talking with them numerous times a day, tried to claim that they had attempted delivery!!! Now my essential medical supplies are being returned to sender?!? Because they have driver not do his job!!! The fact that anyone would consider this acceptable is beyond intolerable

Delivery driver is lazy and unconcerned with taking pride in what they do. Leaves package out in the rain next to a covered dry porch. I'd give 0 stars if I could. This Isn't the 1st time this has happened. More often than not it's got rain damage or abuse damage. Ups, USPS and Amazon always puts package in the dry. I hope they put FEDEX out of business.

I guess they didn't feel like delivering my packages. I got a delivery exception that said "Business Closed," but I've been here all day. I called in and they said, "It was a mistake, it was never scheduled to be delivered today." If that's the case, why give us tracking info?

This is the worst service ever. I lose thousands of dollars when receiving packages through this company. On 1/28, the delivery driver threw the package in the street and left. On 1/23 the delivery driver never even showed up and FedEx denied my claim. These drivers are not only damaging the packages but they are stealing the items too and nobody will help. Customer service stinks. I wish companies would stop using them.

Lazy drivers that are to lazt to take two more steps to put the packages against the house, but barely set it on the porch where they are still able to be rained on. Can't talk to nobody at the location, just customer service. I hate FedEx Ground!
