Alicia was awesome! She asked me the purpose of the shoe and she helped me go through 6 different shoes and evaluate them with and without custom insoles. Other locations don’t take the time that she did and I really appreciate her help! I will make the drive to Kingsport the next time I need another pair of shoes!
