Very bad service....... my disabled mother goes to this pharmacy. They open at 9 am and she is there first thing and is told they need to make up her 2 prescription. Now her and just one other gentleman are made to wait for over an hour for the bottles to be filled. They have 2 pharmacist and at least 6 techs ( I think two were new and in training). Made to wait for over an hour for 8 people to fill up two bottles. We tried to speak to someone and ask why it was taking so long. The reasons they gave are that they're are a number of other people ahead of her that needs to be filled. So basically this pharmacy is not capable of using common sense and say oh well this customer is standing here now let me move her to the top of the list. No....... they prefer to leave a disabled woman sitting and the other gentleman sitting didn't look like he was doing very well either for over an hour while all 8 people working to just ignore them. Food city usually has great customer service and I've had many great experiences with food city as a whole but the pharmacist and pharmacy at this location are careless and rude and I strongly recommend you go to another pharmacy.

I went there at 630 yesterday to get my antibiotics said they didn't have them I called my doctor she's said they sent it to this foodcity I went back in at 645 to try to get them they said they didn't have them and I went back at 655 no luck I go back today and get them and my bottle said orig date was yesterday so they had them they didn't want to do their job they close at 7 please don't go here

I would give 0 if i could. Have used this pharmacy two times and both times have had issues. I thought the point of calling in you prescription , ya know, 5 hours before i am suppose to pick it up, was to not have to wait for it to be just filled when you get to the pharmacy. Note again 5 hours was given. Unacceptable. I have used multiple food City's over the years and never had issues

Thank you Rebecca in the Floral Department. Rebecca was extremely helpful and patient with our family while choosing flowers for a casket spray. The only other florist that was open on December 23 was Holston which refused to provide their service. The floral arranger was too tired to assist us with my husband's mother's casket spray. Then Rebecca at Food City was happy to help us. She was extremely busy but took her time with us. The spray was beautiful. Thank you Rebecca for your kindness and for arranging such a beautiful spray for us. We are forever grateful.

Done! Done! Done! Done with these people. They started filling my prescriptions for 90 days instead of 30 last month- only one of them. Today I go to pick up my antibiotic for a sinus infection and another prescription is ready. I didn't realize till I got home- they filled it for 90 days too. I called. Chicken says "oh that's to save you money ". Really? Last month a 30 day supply cost me $3.95 and this month a 90 day supply is $24.80 . Exactly where did or who did you save money for cause it wasn't me. Pharmacist says " you need to tell them to run it on your insurance card". Really? I need to tell your people to run my prescriptions on my insurance card?! Exactly what card are they running it on if they aren't using my insurance card?! I quit getting one prescription filled because they kept going up on it and my insurance kept showing they were paying the same amount and I was supposed to be paying the same amount but I wasn't. They weren't using my insurance card-AGAIN! and I'm supposed to know they aren't doing their job right! Going somewhere else cause I am tired of playing "Guess how much your prescriptions are this month and how long we filled them for." Pharmacist got smart mouthed and stated she appreciated it that I was using a calm tone- I wasn't. I explained to her I had done tried calm and you people didn't listen. You kept doing it the way you wanted to.

Clean store but they weren't fully stocked up on some things in the store but we we're able to get everything we needed. Staff was friendly. So many new people employed there and I wonder if they are getting all the training need. AKA Bagger did not know how to bag anything and they put so much in one bag and of course that made them heavy and some bag's broke not to happy about that so watch out for that. Just saying.

My daughter and new son-in-law were married on July 2, 2022. Food City on Clinch Street prepared all the food as well as all the flowers for the wedding. They absolutely nailed it! Every little detail. The manager Kim Lane was amazing and always available to answer any questions we had. The fresh flowers were absolutely beautiful and the decor they used with the flowers was stunning and well thought out. The food was super fresh and it was obvious that great pains were taken with the presentation of it.

I drive out of my way to go to a store that has done a nice up grade still having a little problem finding the things I buy but I love the customer service they give. I love the salad bar. I only wish the food city closes to me would bring back their salad bar.

Food City on Clinchfield street is the one we normally go to. Its never a great experience but its never a bad experience either. Until today. My son saw some banana pudding and wanted some so I told him to grab it. I got home and went to put it in the fridge and there was a bug in it! I called them and told "the assistant manager", Makayla the story and she sat there for a bit and then said "so do you think you are gonna want a refund?". I told her yes because it was $8.70. She then told me I had to bring the pudding back along with the receipt. I told her I was already all the way back home and that it wasn't my fault that there was a bug in the food that I got from there. she said she knew it wasn't my fault, so I asked her, "but im the one who has got to fix it?", to which her answer was yes.
