“The best gym I have ever been too. The atmosphere is unlike any other gym. The owners are absolutely wonderful people. Great for powerlifting especially if you want to get into it. I'd recommend this gym to beginners or anyone. They are very nice to military, I'd definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is going to be leaving for bootcamp soon or anyone who is currently in preparing for a PFT or CFT or whatever the case maybe. There are also plenty of trainers who are great and very knowledgeable people. The community here is very diverse and welcomes anyone with open arms.”

“This gym is perfect. Originally from NC and was in town looking for a smaller gym to get a quick workout in at and cam across this place. Soon as I walked in and asked about a day pass they helped instantly. Even carried on a genuine conversation which is hard to come across with gyms. Equipment is top tier aswell for all sorts of training. Will be coming by again if I’m ever in town.”
“Railbirds is a great local gym that is everything CrossFit should be. I dropped in from out of town and found them to be inviting, responsive, and accommodating. The gym was clean, with all the equipment you’d expect, nicely stowed the way it should be. Owner Tiff seemed especially helpful and knowledgeable, and she really gives off a good vibe. I’d totally join if I lived closer.”

“I went to the kingsport location( 11pm) for the first time. It was very similar to the other locations I have visited previously. The layout was very similar. I was greeted by a staff member when I walked in ( Jesse). He was very nice. He took my picture because I didn't have one on my file. He asked if I needed any help since he noticed I was kinda new( new to this location). He took the time to talk to me and welcome me to this location. As the night went on I worked out in the equipment- I used the massage bed, and also tried the total enhancement for the first time. Since I had never used it Jesse explained the process to me and what to expect. I had a great time there. I really like planet fitness because the people are friendly, no judgement, and the facilities are always clean. Thank you!”

“I came to this gym one morning with the college baseball team I work with, and everyone was so impressed. To be a local gym that well-kept and spacious with so much good equipment was awesome. We had plenty of room. There was even a section with lots of racks in the back that was similar to our gym at the university. Everyone was able to get in a great workout. They let the whole team come and lift plus coaches, media relations (me), and trainers.”
