HomeTrust Bank - Church Circle is considered the best bank in town. Staff are very helpful, accommodating, professional, and knowledgeable. They know customers by name, treat them like family, and are always attentive, going above and beyond. The branch maintains a traditional, hometown feel with a teller line. The experience is consistently great, with staff demonstrating care, patience, and a willingness to figure things out for customers. They are personable and proficient, providing excellent service that saves customers time and effort.
Dusty is amazing. She welcomes me everytime I go into the bank and already has my account ready by the time I get to the til. She answers any and all questions that I have with ease and continues to steer me in the right direction when it comes to my banking experience.
