1901 Meadowview Parkway, Kingsport TN 37660
“Overall service is great. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 is because they ran out of food real quick during horror convention and were extremely limited on the menu. And wait was extremely long for room service upwards of 90 minutes. Which means management could have better planned that. Otherwise this place is great, folks working there are great and friendly and i personally enjoy staying here.”

“We stayed here a couple of nights in June 2026. The rooms are comfortable, the bathroom has adequate lighting (better than most new roadside hotels), the shower is acceptable (better than most now). The place is quiet and the staff is helpful when needed. I would stay here again.”

4234 Fort Henry Drive, Kingsport TN 37663
“The location is great on Fort Henry Drive it's close to 1/81 and not far from the state park. The people working are very nice. Ask for Chris to clean your room he does a fantastic job not saying the others don't. There is no vending machine it's bought in lobby at check in. Now that I didn't care for. Where do I get my late night munchies at Taco Bell lol. A McDonald's was close by a long with a Dollar General. I bought munchies there you will get more for your money.”

“This hotel was easy to get to, and the front desk employee was helpful and friendly. More importantly, the rooms were clean. We travel with a dog and the hotel was great accommodating us. We travel from Delaware to Texas every 8 weeks. Highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here for future trips”

“I had a wonderful weekend stay at this hotel! From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Despite it being the Fourth of July weekend, the hotel maintained a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The true highlight, however, was the exceptional staff. I was genuinely touched by the kindness and hospitality of Tina and Stephanie—they truly made the stay memorable! Tina checked me in, and I could’ve talked with her all day—she’s professional, kind, and incredibly genuine. At checkout, Stephanie was at the front desk and was just as wonderful. Both women went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Don’t hesitate to stay here—you’ll be in great hands!”

200 Hospitality Place, Kingsport TN 37663
“The room was absolutely gorgeous compared to the price! This has been the only time that price doesn't matter about quality. Lisa was absolutely wonderful!! I loved interacting with her the most. We stayed for a week and a half and she treated us like family. She'd talk to my husband and I and ask my husband questions about his hurt arm when he wouldn't wear his sling. I know I said it once but she seriously treated us like family and honestly she was the best part of our experience. It was just far enough away for the bigger parts of the city so it was very comfortable. It was close to the interstate but you couldn't hear a single noise at all. Would definitely recommend!!”

“Needed to book a room in an emergency situation, no power for hours. Front desk staff was super friendly when we checked in. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and would recommend if you need a room in a pinch or to just get away and relax.”
