“We stayed here a couple of nights in June 2026. The rooms are comfortable, the bathroom has adequate lighting (better than most new roadside hotels), the shower is acceptable (better than most now). The place is quiet and the staff is helpful when needed. I would stay here again.”

“I had a wonderful weekend stay at this hotel! From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Despite it being the Fourth of July weekend, the hotel maintained a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The true highlight, however, was the exceptional staff. I was genuinely touched by the kindness and hospitality of Tina and Stephanie—they truly made the stay memorable!
Tina checked me in, and I could’ve talked with her all day—she’s professional, kind, and incredibly genuine. At checkout, Stephanie was at the front desk and was just as wonderful. Both women went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Don’t hesitate to stay here—you’ll be in great hands!”
“This hotel was easy to get to, and the front desk employee was helpful and friendly. More importantly, the rooms were clean. We travel with a dog and the hotel was great accommodating us. “The room was absolutely gorgeous compared to the price! This has been the only time that price doesn't matter about quality. Lisa was absolutely wonderful!! I loved interacting with her the most. We stayed for a week and a half and she treated us like family. She'd talk to my husband and I and ask my husband questions about his hurt arm when he wouldn't wear his sling. I know I said it once but she seriously treated us like family and honestly she was the best part of our experience. It was just far enough away for the bigger parts of the city so it was very comfortable. It was close to the interstate but you couldn't hear a single noise at all. Would definitely recommend!!”

“I was there for a job fair it was a lot of parking available especially handicap. Which is always a plus for anyone disabled.
The room we were in was the conference room which was very spacious and clean.
The location of this place was a bit off in my opinion but it was nice. If I’m ever in the Kingsport area and need a room I’ll definitely try it out to see what it’s truly like sleeping on one of their beds.”
