Technicians are very friendly and helpful. Only suggestion would be to open consultation window for patients who have several questions, would make the line go much faster, but I don't think they have enough staff to incorporate this change effectively.

Technician Anne cancelled prescription without permission or even informing me. Was very rude and even stated it was too much work to deal with to put it in system to fill.

Memorable staff, kind and always working to make everything a great experience for us.... For me. Truly enjoy being a member/patient of theirs.
